The Art Of Talking In Code

© 1998 The Enterprise MissionOn November 3, the increasingly controversial British radio engineer who, according to the BBC "reported the discovery of an apparent ‘SETI signal from EQ Pegasi’" -- Paul Dore -- issued his final statement on the Internet, re his ostensible "discovery." Some observers, after a careful reading of the text from the individual who had been calling himself "Paul Dore" (the real Dore, when reached by reporters, has now repeatedly denied all knowledge of the events of the past few weeks -- but, see below), increasingly believe that the "Dore farewell statement" may have been written in a kind of "code" -- traditionally used by those speaking on highly sensitive subjects ... or under some measure of duress.
After presentation of "Mr. Dore’s" full text, we shall offer some thoughts on a partial "decoding" of this potentially revealing statement ...

(The individual calling himself) Paul Dore wrote the following:
"Monday, the second of November has got to be one of the worst 24 hours I've ever experienced. Here is a brief synopsis of the events that ensued. "6:00am I arrive at work, do some rather routine things and cull overnight data. I have a pretty uneventful day, then around noon I receive a call from the two astronomers stating they would not be at the press conference and that I was 'essentially, on my own.' - 'Fine then.' I replied, and they apologized and hung up. Next my supervisor rings me up to tell me that I was to cease my expirement [sic] immediately. This was quite strange because he had been supportive ever since the news broke. As per his request I began the job of taking down the feedhorn and disconnecting the receiver and packing the entire kit up. The rest of the day passed without incident and I began thinking once again if I made a mistake, if I was confused by something earthly or a natural phenomena. I began questioning myself over and over in hopes that I could find something I missed.
"7:00pm I arrive home to find three gentlemen in my residence. My wife Helen has thelook of sheer terror upon her face. It turns one of the men was from the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) at Cheltenham, the other was from RAF Feltwell and the third from the American National Security Agency. They asked if we could speak in private. I was reluctant but agreed and Helen and the kids left the room. Over the course of nearly two hours they explained to me that what I had discovered was not extra-terrestrial in nature but most definately [sic] interesting. It turns out that what I discovered was infact a classified intelligence satellite having to do with something known as Project 415. I am being very careful here so as not to violate the security oath they made me sign which states that should I disclose any further detail on this subject I will be subject to prosecution under the terms of the Official Secrets Act. I was told basically that the signals I received were mistaken and that I should not talk about this matter in detail. They gave me a fair amount of information to convince me, again the details I cannot go into but I am satisfied that what I picked up was infact a secret deep space satellite for purposes of national and international (it seems) security. After the three men were convinced that I believed them they had me sign this legal document that I cited above and left. I watched as two of the men walked down the road one way and the American walk in an opposite direction (presumably to their vehicles).
"So there you have it and I wish this were not true. I had visions of going down in history as being the first human being to detect signs of other intelligence in the universe and while I found intelligence alright, it certainly wasn't the kind of intelligence I hoped to discover. I am a bit depressed now, though that could have as much to do with the weather. My family and I have decided that I should not purse this line of research any further. Should I ever discovery anything else strange in the course of my work I will be very careful about revealing it.

Successful decoding of a potentially "encrypted" message relies on recognition of embedded "pattern matches" of the intended code -- be they words, key numbers, or merely scattered letters; in the case of Mr. Dore’s "swan song," what do we know about a possible "hidden context" behind of this message, which would lend insights to unraveling any of the potential "code?"
For one thing, we initially know (because the message very specifically says so -- with highly accurate designations) that the "intelligence community" somehow is now involved -- not just Britain’s, but the USA’s as well! That means, of course, that the real author of this message might be an intelligence agent himself ... fronting for an actual official agency, conducting some kind of "SETI social experiment," and attempting to use this "farewell message" as a coded vehicle to communicate additional information to "those in the know" ...

As I initially revealed on Art Bell, October 29 -- prior to the BBC report of an apparent SETI signal from "EQ Pegasi," over several preceding months, inside Pentagon sources had repeatedly attempted to convince Enterprise that an "alien, ET landing" was imminent ... on or about "December 7, 1998 ..!"
In addition, these first "leaks" pinpointed NASA-Ames -- in Mt, View, California -- as the actual, physical location of "First Contact" ... the same location as the current "SETI Institute," heir apparent to NASA’s first (and all-too-brief) official radio "Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence" Project, in 1995. The current "SETI Institute" still maintains its offices at NASA-Ames ... but ostensibly with private, non-governmental funding, under the provocative title "Project Phoenix."
After our initial "heads up," from a variety of independent inputs the following scenario was eventually assembled:
A) in addition to NASA, the DOD was also heavily "involved" in this imminent "landing." B) the code-name of this coming, epochal "December event" was -- "SAMSON."
This latter designation immediately flagged another, long standing "NASA ritual connection" ... to "Horus" ... the Egyptian "god of the Sun."
We have been tracking for some time, across more than 40 years of NASA history, a strange, still inexplicable "Egyptian Connection" to many other past and present NASA missions , which mysteriously continue to this day to ritually celebrate this "magical ... solar connection". That "Samson" (in Hebrew also "the god of the sun" -- from the ancient, pre-Hebrew Sumerian sun god, "Sham ash") was somehow being used as a "code" for this upcoming seminal event, seemed to be a consistent (if still totally mysterious) climax to NASA’s literal decades of clandestine "sun god celebrations" ...
If not a deliberate (and highly ironic) insider "NASA pun"--
A "non-trivial" reference to the well known Old Testament parable of ‘Samson’s destruction of the temple ..."; entirely too consistent with a major, shocking (to many) paradigm shift which would be triggered by such a major "First Contact Landing!"
Given these independent leads, the suddenly-announced "amateur detection" of an interstellar radio signal only four months later -- apparently, rapidly decreasing in frequency in a manner exactly consistent with a rapidly decelerating interstellar probe -- easily lent itself as separate corroboration of this highly sensitive, leaked information: the "announcement signal" of these same "aliens’" imminent arrival!
With this background, how does the final "Dore message" then ultimately decode ..?

"Monday, the second of November has got to be one of the worst 24 hours I've ever experienced. Here is a brief synopsis of the events that ensued ..." Typically, the first part of an encrypted message contains information relevant to decoding the entire message; in this case, the mixture of spelled out numbers ("the second of November ...") and numerical designations ("the worst 24 hours ...") seems not so much an amateurish writing style, but a deliberate device to call attention to these numbers as they will apply to the rest of the intended code.
So, in the context of a December 7 "imminent ET arrival" scenario -- starting with November (when the message was first published on the Net), December is of course the "second" month; and, if a dual identification of another Monday is intended ... remarkably, December 7, 1998 also falls on Monday. Even further, if counted backward from the end of the year, December 7 marks exactly 24 days remaining ‘til the end of the year, thus redundantly signaling that specific Monday. And ... if you interpret "the second ..." also as a "2," then dividing 2 into 24 gets a 12 ... another redundant designation of the crucial month ... December!
The concluding line of this opening paragraph ("here is a brief synopsis ...") appears to be in fact alerting the reader that this is a coded synopsis of coming events ... those to be occurring in December, detailed in the remainder of the message. Specifically--
What the writer expects will ensue on December 7th!
Including -- his expectation (if we have successfully deciphered this key opening ...) that this particular 24 hours (December 7) will be "the worst ... ever experienced!"

"6:00am I arrive at work, do some rather routine things and cull overnight data. I have a pretty uneventful day, then around noon I receive a call from the two astronomers ..." Like in Star Trek (top), in the context of this message, "time" obviously seems to be a code. Thus, the beginning of this paragraph ("6:00am ...") could in fact refer to the 6th month of 1998 -- the month of June -- against the background an otherwise "routine" period, interrupted "around noon [middle of the day/year -- June?] ... [by] a call from ... two astronomers ..." This passage thus redundantly seems to be flagging when the "EQ Peg signal" truly first was heard ... not in October ... but in June -- when "someone" ("two astronomers ...(?) first alerts the writer (and/or his agency?) to this signal ...
Which was just before we got our own initial intelligence heads-up from our own Pentagon source -- re "an imminent ‘landing’ in December" involving "Mt. View (SETI??!!) -- AND (coincidentally?) ... when the NASA/ESA SOHO spacecraft deliberately was "killed."
" ... stating they would not be at the press conference at that I was 'essentially, on my own.' - 'Fine then.' I replied, and they apologized and hung up ..." This section appears to reveal a major split within whatever intelligence agency the writer represents -- "him" (with potential allies) against his own agency; or, a higher-level split between competing agencies (British ... and American?) that seem to be involved in the subsequent political decisions re the public handling ("press conference ...") of this entire affair ( not merely a "detected EQ Pegasi signal"). This "internal war" interpretation is redundantly (and far more emphatically) reemphasized later in the message (see below), but the key words here ("essentially on my own ...") point to the writer’s agency (or the writer himself) initially left alone to handle "something" ...
"... Next my supervisor rings me up to tell me that I was to cease my expirement immediately. This was quite strange because he had been supportive ever since the news broke ..." This reference appears to be expanding on the theme of the previous passage; the writer’s "supervisor," from an earlier supportive stance, suddenly commands that the entire "expirement" (sic) cease immediately. The writer (or his agency) feels this is all "quite strange ..." given their previous "official" backing ...
Notwithstanding the obvious misspelling ... the crucial question then becomes: exactly what "expirement?!"
Could this enigmatic reference ("the expirement") in fact have nothing at all to do with current "EQ Pegasi" debacle ... but everything to do with the mysterious "Project 415"-- the key reference in "Dore’s " message as to why he was suddenly "stopped" from following "the signal ..?"

Is "Dore," in other words, really telling us at this point about events leading up to the present "situation": that it was this sweeping, global intelligence program called "Project 415" instigated by our own "National Security Agency" (NSA) -- a gargantuan, clandestine, world-wide electronic intelligence effort designed to listen in on literally billions of ordinary phone calls, fax messages, computer e-mails, etc., all over the planet -- that somehow "tripped over something" in June ... leading to a major revolt inside the international (including British?) intelligence community ... if not an equally serious breakdown in relations with its American counterpart (the NSA) ..?
All over this "EQ Pegasi affair ..?!"
Because, in the earlier passage, his "supervisor" was supportive ("... ever since the news broke"). If the "expirement" (sic) being referenced was in fact Project 415 itself, then "the news" has to refer to the first public exposure of that Project -- which first became the focus of investigative journalists and revealing, in-depth coverage in 1988.
But ("Dore," and independent press reports,confirm that) even after such wide media exposure ... Project 415 still went forward as originally planned!
Is "Dore" thus trying to tell us that, in the process of carrying out the now decades-old Project 415 ... "doing some rather routine things ..." ("routine" eavesdropping on all the rest of us!) -- 415 suddenly, accidentally, stumbled across "something" ... another agency’s internal communications ... referencing a literally unbelievable project ... the "EQ Pegasi signal" ... or, perchance--
It "picked up" the actual EQ Pegasi signal itself!?
And is he then trying to tell us that this "event" ultimately caused a major order to go out from "Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) at Cheltenham ..." abruptly shutting down the "eavesdropping" of this particular project (or, maybe on a lot of projects ...), and gagging all agents directly involved?
In other words --
Is this entire "Paul Dore, disinformational ‘hoax’" -- with its crucial "final message" -- in fact, a deliberate "leak" manufactured by either the dissident "Dore," or he and a small group of colleagues, or by British Intelligence (MI-6) itself ... specifically attempting to inform the rest of us of these events ... leading up to the imminent, major "December 7th First Contact Landing" outside Phoenix?! "Dore’s" highly specific references to "Project 415" -- despite "hours of official warnings," his wife "being terrified," and his "compulsory signing of ‘documents’ prohibiting [under the British Official Secrets Act] even discussion of such a Top Secret ‘project’ ..." (below) -- lends major weight to this interpretation. As does his current, otherwise inexplicable, continuing "involvement" in the story.

In the context of the preceding scenario, after stumbling over our posited "EQ Pegasi communications" months before, and then abruptly being ordered to "abandon all subsequent surveillance ..." "Dore" and his colleagues become restive; as time passes, they begin to wonder more and more ( "I began questioning myself over and over in hopes that I could find something I missed ...")--
Until he (they?) decide to "do something" ... to call major, world attention to the discovery of the century and the "cover-up" which has ensued--
Through instigation of an attention-getting "hoax!"

Now the "Dore message" becomes extremely pointed.
"7:00pm I arrive home to find three gentlemen in my residence ..." "Dore" is suddenly visited by "three gentlemen" [representing the three agencies ..?! (below)].
"My wife Helen has the look of sheer terror upon her face ..." The foundation of this entire story since October 26th has been "the signal" ... ostensibly emanating from the highly symbolic and (in this context) incredibly meaningful constellation intimately associated with "death" or "the transcendent" ... "Pegasus" ... the Grecian "flying horse."
As Art Bell reminded me just the other evening on the air, there is another "mythological horse" also renowned in Western culture, with its own highly significant symbolic (in this context) connotations ...
The deceptive "Trojan Horse" of Troy.
And who -- by her initial "abduction" and then attempted rescue -- historically began the entire Trojan War?
Why, "Helen .. . of Troy," of course!
"... Helen has a look of sheer terror upon her face ..." In this amazing passage, we are clearly told this was NOT a pleasant visit -- that, by July (the 7th month), after he realized the true import of the "intercepted Project 415 June message? (and, maybe told someone ..?)--
"[It] has got to be one of the worst 24 hours ... ever experienced." In other words: are we being told "between the lines" not to believe a word of this entire "intelligence satellite excuse" ... because this entire handling of the affair is, in truth--
A "Trojan Horse??!!" Or--
That, according to his (their?) interpretation of "the Signal," an ostensible "alien landing," planned for this December 7, 1998 will NOT be what it seems ... but will be, in fact, another "Trojan Horse?!"

The "Dore" message continues:
"It turns [out] one of the men was from the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) at Cheltenham, the other was from RAF Feltwell and the third from the American National Security Agency ..." This is the first specific mention in "Dore’s" message of three bonafide government agencies, directly involved in a now well-documented (but still highly-secret and intensely controversial) electronic surveillance ... "Project 415" (see below).
The inclusion of these agencies (and this specific Project) in this narrative by "Dore" immediately lifts the entire "EQ Pegasi affair" out of the "ordinary" ... and catapults it into the eerie twilight zone of intelligence "information/disinformation" -- which was obviously "Dore’s" deliberate intent. He then immediately follows this calculated escalation with additional, highly relevant "details" ...
"They asked if we could speak in private. I was reluctant but agreed and Helen and the kids left the room ..." Clear reinforcement of the message’s recurring theme: this whole affair has been classified "Above Top Secret" ("... could we speak in private"), immediately followed by that telling reference ... again ("and Helen and the kids left the room ..."):
"Don’t take anything about this "EQ Pegasi business" at ‘face value’: it’s truly Helen of Troy’s ‘Trojan Horse!’; they’re treating you like children ..." Like the video-taped Navy Commander of "the Pueblo" in 1968 (when in plain sight of his North Korean captors, he managed to blink his eyes "in code") ... "Dore" seems to be imploring us to "figure out this code!"
"Over the course of nearly two hours they explained to me that what I had discovered was not extra-terrestrial in nature but most definitely interesting ..." Translation?
("Over the course of nearly two hours ...") Two hours ... two ... the dual nature of the controversy--This was [not?] extra-terrestrial in nature ... this is extraterrestrial in nature!!
"It turns out that what I discovered was in fact a classified intelligence satellite having to do with something known as Project 415. I am being very careful here so as not to violate the security oath they made me sign which states that should I disclose any further detail on this subject I will be subject to prosecution under the terms of the Official Secrets Act ..." "Dore," with great specificity, now deliberately involves "Project 415" ("It turns out what I discovered was [initially picked up by?] a classified intelligence satellite ..."). Which of course, if he was a British employee of "the Project" (who one day inadvertently intercepts intelligence directly related to the "EQ Pegasi signal"), explains why he would be subsequently forced to sign a document under the Official Secrets Act. ("I am being very careful ... should I disclose any further detail on this subject I will be subject to prosecution ..."). For simply picking up a random signal from an unknown satellite ..? Yeah, right!!
But -- for successfully decoding something truly extraterrestrial, via Project 415 -- and on this subject ..? Yes!
"I was told basically that the signals I received were mistaken and that I should not talk about this matter in detail ..." Of course ... given our scenario.
"They gave me a fair amount of information to convince me, again the details I cannot go into but I am satisfied that what I picked up was in fact a secret deep space satellite for purposes of national and international (it seems) security ..." The "fair amount of information ..." would have been, of course, directed toward the terrible consequences that could happen to society (ala "Brookings"), if not to "Dore" himself (!), if word of this actually got out prematurely ... in ways NOT according to The Plan.
The next part ("I am satisfied that what I picked up was in fact a secret deep space satellite for purposes of national and international (it seems) security ...") appears to be a fairly simple code for--
"What I picked up was a secret [from] deep space ... [to be explained away until the "appropriate" moment as a ... satellite] for purposes of national and international (it seems) security ..."
(The "it seems" -- as applied to the "international" part -- in this context, could also be significant: is "Dore" attempting to tell us here that, when it comes to this specific subject, there are no "national divisions" ...?)
" After the three men were convinced that I believed them they had me sign this legal document that I cited above and left. I watched as two of the men walked down the road one way and the American walk[ed] in an opposite direction (presumably to their vehicles) ..." "Dore" finally manages to convince his "interrogators" that he really does believe them, and proceeds to sign the "legal document" (another reinforcement of the very constraining "Official Secrets Act" noted earlier). But, it is his description of his "guests'" departure that is now the most important:
In his narrative, two of them (the British agents -- significant?) "walked down the road one way ..." ; the American [walked] "in the opposite direction ... ["presumably to their separate vehicles ..." ("vehicle" = "parent agency?")].
This bit of (apparent) trivia is actually one of the clearest and most illuminating passages in this entire message: it clearly reconfirms the fact of a distinct "split" on the handling of the entire "EQ Pegasi affair"... between the British and American intelligence communities! The only question: "which is which" ... who wants to keep this under wraps ... until "the Moment," and who designed this whole, elaborate "leak" to prematurely get the story out ..?!
"So there you have it and I wish this were not true ..."
Aside from the obvious "inside joke" specifically directed to Art Bell (!) -- "So there you have it ..." -- "Dore's" overall message is in fact underscoring just the opposite: "My current representation of these events is NOT true ..."
"I had visions of going down in history as being the first human being to detect signs of other intelligence in the universe and while I found intelligence alright, it certainly wasn't the kind of intelligence I hoped to discover ..." Here it's barely concealed from anyone: "intelligence ... intelligence ... intelligence ..."
"I am a bit depressed now, though that could have asmuch to do with the weather ..." "Dore's" reference to being "a bit depressed ..." and then his almost inane attempt to blame the weather (in light of the far more threatening official "heat" his discovery had apparently brought down upon his head) seems in truth more barely concealed code: a deliberate and highly pointed weather reference which is clearly "something else." But ... what!?
Earlier, Reverse Speech analyst and pioneer, David Oates, made a major contribution to answering this crucial question: in August, 1998, Oates discovered one of our many (at this point) independent lines of evidence ... that "something" very significant is going to occur December 7th ... something intimately connected with "NASA."
David's analysis involved Secretary of Defense William Cohen's own statements, made during a press briefing on the sudden U.S. cruise missile "anti-terrorist strikes" in Afghanistan and the Sudan, August 20th. The Oates' analysis revealed a startlingly, confirmatory "reversal": "Bring in NASA with December Seven ...". Our own independent "intelligence source's" earlier assertion of the importance of "December 7th," a curious later phone call ostensibly from Cohen's own office -- "the Defense Department," underscoring "something having major impact ... will be occurring on December 7th." -- and our own earlier analysis of the date itself, in terms of the by now familiar "Egyptian Ritual Calendar" (December 7th is a "19.5 date!" -- see "A Hoax of a Different Color ..."), all converged with Oates' August discovery, bringing critical potential ritual meaning to Cohen's startling reversal.
Then, the evening of November 21st, David revisited Cohen's now-infamous reversal during his regular Saturday night slot on the "Jeff Rense Show" ... and prompted by an e-mail from a listener, discovered -- associated directly with the "December 7th statement" -- something he apparently originally missed: Cohen clearly saying backward, in an additional reversal--
Which uncannily (if negatively!) now directly connects with "Dore's" own completely separate (but obviously coded) "weather reference" ... linked also to--
December 7th!
The only unambiguous, previous "weather associations" -- involving a U.S. Secretary of Defense -- took place in 1991 ... the infamous brief war against Iraq, called--
"Desert Storm!"
Some recent Internet reaction to our potential linkage of the "EQ Pegasus signal" with "something" coming on December 7th, and then to recent reports around the country of "troop and military hardware movements," has attempted to make the case that there will be a December 1998 "event" -- a direct "sequel" to that 1991 whirlwind campaign ... a "son of Desert Storm"...
An actual NATO (U.S.) invasion of Iraq ..!
Designed to eliminate both Saddam Hussein, and "a nuclear weapons capability" he has (despite massive UN inspections, and a punishing 7-year high tech embargo) "somehow" (according to these sources) clandestinely perfected.
But what would that have to do with "bring in NASA with December 7th ..?"
Then we had a brainstorm ...
What if David Oates' phoentic interpretion of Cohen's reverse pronounciation ... "NASA"... in Cohen's own subconscious (one possible source of Reverse Speech, in Oates' Model) is how the Secretary actually pronounces "NSA" ... the National Security Agency ..!
NOT the Space Agency at all!!
The same "NSA" plainly now indicted by "Dore" as the primary "culprit" in this entire developing space opera ...
We must admit that these completely independent references to the same thing ("Dore" and Cohen) are eerily concerning; however, we simply lack an adequate "code key" at this point to bring forth a unique meaning to these repeated statements re "the weather."
Maybe someone reading this ...
What makes this even more "disturbing" is a recent, independent report (this one ostensibly leaked via a UK "Pentagon source") regarding ... "a hostile spacecraft coming from Pegasus"... (!). The original alert (below) was posted on the Internet, November 21, 1998 ...

Paul Dore""My family..." a clear reference, in this context, to his parent agency ... and another, equally clear reiteration of its being ordered NOT to follow-up on whatever they (he?) "overheard." "Should I ever discover anything else strange in the course of my work ..." another reiteration, in closing, of the inherent "strangeness" of this particular "signal"... and confirmation that it was detected "in the course of [his] work" -- of course, a complete contradiction of his initial statements about a "bootlegged radio astronomy experiment ..!"

A few closing thoughts.
This is obviously rough, but the gist of "Dore's sign-off message" (as "Dore" intended) seems to be ...
That, in the course of "normal" electronic surveillance activities ala Project 415, "Dore" and his other "mainstream intelligence colleagues" one day last Summer receive a major surprise: an intercepted message from a brother "spy agency," which purports to concern bonafide aliens ... on their way here ... to Earth!!
Overtones in the intercepted communiquÈ further hint that "they're NOT friendly ..." and that the entire affair could initially be compared to the classic military lesson of ... "the Trojan Horse."
Ultimately, they (he?) apparently reveal this interception to someone higher up, perhaps someone in charge of their division in the same agency (as part of normal reporting procedures), and are immediately "shot down": no more "listening," and a major legal hassle vis a vis "the British Official Secret's Act" (BTW... a major clue as to the institutional identity of the "dissidents" in this story)--
The British!
He (they?) after initially complying with the order to "stand down," while dismantling their operation apparently begin some serious soul searching re the "reality" of what they've overheard ... obviously moved from complete unawareness of such a possibility (characteristic of most current "normal" government operations vis a vis "ETs") ... to apparent belief in the intercepted data, and the serious geopolitical implications of the entire affair. (A process most likely hastened by the very Draconian "cease and desist" orders deliberately emphasized in the last part of "Dore's" own note ...)
They (either this small group), or the entire British Intelligence Establishment, ultimately decide that the public has to be informed ... regardless of what "the American's believe ..." and they then proceed to concoct the elaborate, but far-too-easily-penetrated (and ultimately deniable) "hoax" ... now termed the "EQ Pegasi Signal."
The UK "revelation" (and apparent MI-6 conscription of the BBC itself into the "plot") initially spurs both amateur and professional radio astronomy efforts at confirmation -- including Harvard's Project Beta and Australia's ATCA. Too weak for amateur detection (the "hoax" deliberately made sure of that), the actually far weaker radio signal is initially confirmable only by professional radio facilities, a few of which actually look for it ... and find it!
Immediately, consternation reigns ... and curious, contradictory (even absurd) public statements are haphazardly issued from several highly credible world class radio astronomy observatories in the confusion that follows ... including the posting of my own credentials and this very "deception model" (!) prominently on the official NASA-SETI Institute Website , as well as the inclusion of my initials on the "geocities"site (quite probably, in this scenario, by MI-6 itself!) ... after an initial bootlegged use of the official "NSA" logo ... just to underscore the point.
While privately, under the threat of "who knows what?" (loss of federal funding? public redicule? literal incarceration?!) all professional radio astronomy facilities (at least in the U.S.) are being held to total secrecy regarding the nature of this still-approaching signal by the NSA -- the Agency documentably behind "Project 415"... and the lead Agency (according to Cohen's own reversals!) apparently in charge of the coming "ET Trojan Horse" ...
The "theft" of Dore's identity is doubly "cute" -- both as another elaborate variation on the long-standing, ancient Egyptian ritual mythology vis a vis a "Pegasus/Horus/Samson/Armageddon" script, as well as a not-so-subtle allusion to his previous "Lockheed-Martin" employment associations ... an American aerospace corporation up to its proverbial "eyeballs" in the long standing NASA (yes, we mean "them," now)/Ritual Egyptian Pattern ... if not where all "this" is ultimately going ...
So (as Art would say) "there you have it ..."
