Somebody Tried to Kill Hurricane Wilma ... BEFORE She was Born! -- UPDATED 4:50 AM October 19th
With apologies for my unfortunate absence from this forum in recent days, for weeks now we have been presenting (in previous "Captain's Blogs") increasingly extraordinary images, archived radar data and expert testimony, all supporting the (to some) equally extraordinary new reality:
That, despite what experts tell us, the technlogy currently exists to actually control the weather -- and specifically, nature's most destructive type of storm: the hurricane itself.
And that "someone" has been using this technology this summer "in an undeclared, all-out 'weather war' against the United States" ... with (after Katrina) disasterous results ....
Tonight, we have discovered startling new evidence that we are right in this extraordinary model:
New MIMIC microwave imagery -- again, from the University of Wisconsin -- of the newly-formed Caribbean Tropical Storm, "Wilma."
The latest image "loop" (above) demonstrates an IDENTICAL "red tuning-fork interference signature" seen in a previous Tropical Storm-turned-Hurricane: "Ophelia!"
Here (below) is that archived Ophelia MIMIC loop ... complete with the same remarkable "tuning fork" interference pattern showing up now in recent "Wilma" images ....
Note how Ophelia responds -- both in terms of the wind intensity and the literal direction of the storm -- when this "tuning fork" pattern first appears.
It is our contention, based on the physics of these images (described at the official University of Wisconsin MIMIC site, here), that these bizarre "tuning fork" patterns -- note, geometrically aimed at the precise centers of these respective storms! -- are actually a "rainfall side-effect" of an unseen energy technology being applied to these respective storms ... in an effort to decrease both their wind velocities, and to simultaneously alter the storms' tracks themselves.
[In a future "Captain's Blog," we will lay out the complete physics (as we believe we currently understand it) behind what we are seeing in these astonishing microwave images.]
In the limited space we have here, suffice it to say that in this latest imagery of Wilma we seem to be seeing the first visible effort to reduce the strength of a potential hurricane; what we cannot see in this data, is the application of additional technology (by an "opposing team"), potentially attempting to enhance this same storm ... Wilma ... and then move it toward a specific "target" in this undeclared "war."
One important note: since we first called world-wide attention to these MIMIC microwave radiometry images in an earlier "Captain's Blog," the University of Wisconsin site has added a major "disclaimer" to all its posted MIMIC imagery. The new clam is that we are "only seeing imaging anomalies" -- created by the computer imaging process which creates these MIMIC imaging products themselves.
To which I have an obvious question:
If this is truly the case -- if we are seeing in these striking geometric patterns only "computer glitches" in the data -- why was this crucial "technical disclaimer" ONLY added to the MIMIC site AFTER we called attention here to the striking "geometric signatures" appearing on certain hurricane images within the archive!?
If this is truly just "a systemic computer problem," resulting from the nature of the satellite data involved and the algorithms being used to handle it, why was this disclaimer not posted on the site from the beginning ... for all the official users of this data?
Why not, indeed.
I think you know our answer ....
With that stated -- in the coming days, as additional MIMIC imagery of Wilma becomes available, it will be crucial for everyone here to watch for the appearance of additional "interference" signatures within new data ... as well as their direct physical effects (as with Ophelia!) on both Wilma's subsequent wind speeds ... and its direction of motion towards a landfall!
In this remarkable new data, we may be witnessing the first visible "confrontation" between two opposing forces (yet unknown ...) -- ushering in, as former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen first warned us in 1997, a totally new era of "global weather war" ....

Addendum
AP is now reporting (about an hour ago) "Tropical Storm Stalls in the Caribbean." This is in direct contradiction to overnight (and still prevailing) forecasts, that Wilma will strengthen into full hurricane status later this morning -- possibly reaching a Catagory 3 or 4 -- as it then moves northwest ... before looping northeast ... toward a Florida landfall by the weekend!
Is this evidence of the "interference technology/signature pattern" actually working ...?

In the early hours of this morning, October 19th, 2005 -- less than 18 hours after going from a Tropical Storm to a full-fledged Catagory 1 -- "Wilma" reached a hurricane strength of Catagory 5, the maximum extension of the Saffir-Simpson Scale.
Her central pressure was measured at 882 millibars -- the lowest recorded in a hurricane since 1935! Her internal winds (relayed by a U.S. Air Force hurricane hunter aircraft in the eyewall just hours ago) were in excess of 175 miles per hour!
This hundreds of times increase in intensity (the energy of a hurricane goes up as the square of its peak wind velocity!) -- for a storm that was barely in existence less than a day before (!) -- remarkably, began precisely coincident with the cessation of the anomalous "red tuning fork" geometry recorded earlier: at about 01:45 GMT, October 18th, 2005.
This dramatic change in the overall intensity of this developing storm, simultaneous with the disappearance of this "anomalous geometry," strongly supports the idea that these mysterious "geometric rainfall patterns" -- seen in the MIMIC microwave imagery prior to this cut-off -- were, indeed, somehow responsible for actively suppressing the overall intensity development of Wilma ... in the hours just before their disappearance!
Again, this inversely correlated storm behavior argues compellingly that what is being seen on the MIMIC images from the University of Wisconsin is not the product of "a faulty computer program" -- but is, in fact, the signature of a partially successful technological effort to actively suppress this storm ... which, in this instance, was prematurely terminated!
If this model is correct, we may look forward to other attempts to dissipate this now extremely dangerous, Catagory 5 Hurricane before it makes landfall in the United States -- using this same "interference" technology, and leaving the same "geometric signature" -- across the coming days ....

The military and public have gone two different directions when it comes to understanding clouds, rain, weather and climate. The military have become masters, while the public has been turned off the atmosphere as a topic.
There could be a number of countries trying to draw the warm Equatorial rain belts north to warm the Atlantic north of the Equator. The failure of that shift in rain belts during the 70s and 80s is caused the monsoon failure and the Ethiopian famine.
The public has ALOT of catching up to do and you;ve offered some badly needed observations ! Keep up the good work !

No, Richard, if you read the article, you would learn that the province hardest hit is the base for the Islamofacists trying to take over Kasmir and destroy India. Due to poor construction methods used in the area, hundreds of them in their training camps died when the buildings fell, and thousands died at their ammo depots when those structures collapsed and fires broke out, followed by the ignition of the ammo and explosives, which killed them. This is not difficult.
Further, I would imagine that that incident would begin to figure in your postulated "weather war" scenario - which is why I posted it. :)
If you postulate that the recent huricane season and cycle is not natural and that unnamed forces are directing it, then it might be instructive to compare huricane damages with earthquake damages - the US, Japan, China (infidels, property/infrastructure destruction, some deaths) have all had huricanes/typhoons while Iran, Pakistan and Indonesia (Islamofascists, mega-property destruction, massive deaths - always striking the heart of terrorist-held areas or hidden nuclear facilities [Iran]) have all suffered devestating quakes.

I am wondering about that . . . more weather North of the equator could also mean more damage and out-of-control conditions. I also wonder if the intent of the elite is to actually heat up the planet on purpose? The still non-actions by the elite even in the face of more, stronger and possibly out of control weather shows ignorance or intent. To answer global warming with more drilling and production of oil goes against all [human] logic in that sense. So other "people" higher up could be directing the show from behind the curtains to turn global conditions in their favor.

It is interesting that the reactions I have received from folks when mentioning this topic, have ranged from "I think that is possible", to "Please stop, you are freaking me out". Unfortunately, the "freaking out" reaction has thus far been more common. People are quick to judge ME, rather than react to the subject matter itself. No surprise there. I will keep following this story, but I must admit that I miss your reporting on topics such as Mars, the Moon, Deep Impact & Saturn's moons.
Also, are you planning to continue you pre-blog format on Enterprise (articles w/o the wide range of comments from "the rest of us"...??).

I would just like to give you a heads-up about the DEEP IMPACT tidbit published in today's New York Times "Science Times".
By Henry Fountain, as part of the Observatory column:
"Dirty ice ball or icy dirt ball? For scientists who study comets, that is perhaps THE question. Are comets largely frozen water and carbon dioxide with some rock and dust mixed in, or mostly rubble, peppered with ice? Since comets are believed to have lingered since the dawn of the solar system, their composition offers clues to conditions back then.
The dirty ice ball theory had been favored by many scientists since it was first proposed more than half a century ago. But some recent evidence has suggested that comets may be more than dirty ice.
The latest finding to point in that direction comes from the Deep Impact mission, a NASA spacecraft that slammed an 800-pound projectile into the comet Temple 1 in July 4. The impact was observed by instruments all over the world and in space, including an array of cameras aboard a European Space Agency spacecraft, Rosetta, that is on its way to another comet.
A team of scientists from many European institutions has analysed the Rosetta data and concluded that while the impact produced a shower of water vapor, it probably produced more dust. Their findings are reported in the journal Nature.
A spectroscopic camera on Rosetta was used to determine the amount of water released, by measuring hydroxyl radicals, which are produced as light from the sun breaks down the water molecules."
It seems that mainstream science is getting a bit closer to what Richard has been saying for a while now. But some problems:
1 - still no mention of Deep Impact's own spectral data, let alone an analysis thereof...
2 - no consideration given to alternate explanations of a comet's origin.
3 - no mention of other findings from the Rosetta spectroscopic camera besides water vapor & dust.

Perhaps my referencing Gospel of Thomas was in error, but the Lost Gospels book I have was not with me when I wrote the comment. Regardless, there IS more than one reference to Jesus killing other kids and even a tale of an angry mob confrontation between the locals and Joseph. Kinda funny story. As far as the gospel in question being suspect...I think ALL of them are, especially the ones in the NT! Regardless, all religions seem corrupt to me so one has no greater claim to the "truth" than any other.

I noted an earthquake yesterday evening in Nicaragua reminiscent of the ones that occurred in the same general area when Katrina and Rita were in that part of the Caribbean/Gulf. 5.3 I think.
Stupid questions, even to my own thinking, but:
a) Is there hardware required to generate the tuning forks?
b) Can this be housed on a boat/sub?
c) If so, How big would a vessel have to be?
Don't get distracted by the fact that "the interference" pattern seems like a gun pointed to Wilma in order to stop it. That's what it seems to be but it's not just that. Those interferences are the result of spacecrafts, space-fighters which have warping-like features... and that's the reason why as the formation moves toward the hurricane-producer enemy it seems like a pattern of a beam of some kind. It's not that. Inside Wilma like on other hurricanes there are spacecrafts of some kinds doing the job... the main point from which "the beam patterns" arise is actually a mother spaceship from which fighters moved out in order to attack the enemy...

I am now registering as a disabled person to get help with my
condition caused by this incident with medication in childhood.
I find it extraordinary that the disabled form ACTUALLY mentions
that one can be registered as disabled WITH a MENTAL HEALTH

Your insight into this phenomema is based on truth. I looked at the 24 loop of the MIMIC and compared it to the coordinates that the NHC gave for Wilma and found it to be very close to spot on. I have been following this stuff since you started, and have discussed this with many people. I just get told I'm being crazy. I haven't heard anybody mention anything on any station! I even have a radar anomaly DVR'd that I caught off of CNN and they just ignored it!
You are right about this stuff, just like you are about Mars.

I have been trying to find evidence of the rained out clouds on the other weather sites, and it is hard to find a close up of that area, and once it's in their archives, its impossible to find.

On another note, I have been following this line of blogs for a while now and am wondering if anyone knows which satellites (if any) have access to the different earthquake regions AND are they able to use the same imaging the Univerisity of Wisconsin has, AND is anyone watching them? My line of thinking is this (please correct me if I am wrong, I dont understand the details of the HD stuff, but get the big picture):
If we can see the effects of trying to steer the hurricanes, and we were able to see the alleged effects of 'marking' NO for Katrina, can we see the use of scalar technology in connection to the abundance of earthquakes this past week? I am willing to help check this out if those of you with better grey matter would like some.
Also, 1:34 Eastern time, and Wilma is STILL THERE???? When I look at the radar images of Ophelia and Wilma, I wonder if 'they' were really trying to deflect Wilma, or rather (by the looks, the more likely) were 'they' trying to steer Wilma BACK to the US?!?

Anyone know how vulnerable Washington DC is to flooding?
Well the bars on the IR shot cannot possibly be an anomoly, the problem shows up only recently and only in a couple of examples. Why would an anomoly pop up out of nowhere with the sophisticated gadgets we have and then, suddenly, be explained when there has never been any examples like this to disclaim before this year? I think there is an opportunity to disclaim the disclaimer on the grounds of utter lack of common horse sense. I wonder about these people. Somebody thinks most of us just got of the pumpkin truck,lord knows we might have, but we weren't born idiots and sicophants like they apparently where. Seems like the (very) few who disagree here have to come up with stuff right out of their a's to be able to even come in to the conversation. I will be the first to 'woo hooo' when we have CNN or the Weather Channel take real notice of these trends in the data. Becasue, the real 'masters' of this earth sure seem to be trying to finish the US off (from within?) and the only hope is the media waking up quickly now. We have to take the 'news' today with such a grain of salt because of the spin I wonder if we will EVER get the truth from Main stream media. The stories reek of the book 1984. One has to be careful with a coordinate system that is centered on the storm, but it looks to me like the "tuning forks " here are originating from landward at a latitude of about 14.3 Degrees (Northern Nicaragua). It is very curious that the red segments over land are always completely fixed in position whereas their extensions over water move back and forth with time. The linear segments over land also appear a little TOO rectangular. I am getting disturbing flashbacks to the artificial goal lines inserted into football re-play videos by the sports jocks. Richard, is it possible that these guys inserted some artificial contour lines into the video for their own use ?
Then again, I wonder if there could not be a "Woodpecker" in the neighborhood, given the history of this region ?

I was abso-fraggin'-lutly STUNNED at how IDENTICAL the geometric signatures were. I just went to the CIMSS site and looked at the last 48 hours of MIMIC on Wilma, and noticed something. Wilma WAS going south until the "tuning fork" hit her. Then she did an abrupt 180 and started heading toward the Gulf of Mexico. I have a couple theories as to why this happened and the purpose of the "tuning fork", for lack of a better term at this time. 1: Someone was trying to weaken Wilma like the Captain's Blog says, but a side effect was a change in course. 2: Someone DELIBERATELY changed the course of Wilma so she'd go into warmer waters and threaten the Gulf Coast again. I'm not sure which one's correct, but I'm hoping it's the first one, because if it's not, then someone in Honduras (where the "tuning fork" originated from) is trying to attack us.

It's a shame that most people have lost their curiousity and just believe what the one-sided tv presents them on a silver plate.
Here's something to think about:
Has anyone here read the Gaia hypothesis by Jim Lovelock? The one that claims Earth to be a giant cybernetic system. Well, at some point near the end of the book he says that if we humans muck up that self-regulating system by meddling in the wrong places, the whole automatic regulating system will cease to function and the manual regulating of the system will be left to us to take care of.
Either that or we try and rivive Gaia by causing some gigantic catastropy and hope that the human survivors will see the Earth as we knew it before (or at least life will continue in a completely different form - like those slugs that live in the ocean only from photosynthesis and don't need any oxygen).
Now think what the ones in control of the weather manipulating could be trying to do - either save the already damaged earth by manually regulating the cybernetic system to reach homeostasis, or try and cause some kind of apocalypse. Or they could be just innocent and not be aware of the havoc they are creating (which i can't imagine).
I still think that the mad weather happening in the moment isn't only due to the tampering of the elite. I rather think some kind of large natural event (like an Ice Age or the opposite) is happening and that the elite is hiding it from us.
Would like to hear what you guys think about this.

Background: As a class project, a (law?) professor and her/his students undertook the review of the case of a death row inmate and caused the exoneration and release of the wrongfully convicted person. Maybe it eventually involved more than one innocent's release, I'm not sure.
Anyhow, the idea is to locate and bring on board an appropriate willing professor and their class who would undertake a similar investigation of whichever EM topic seems best, or multiple topics.
I don't know how plausible this could be, due to the control we know universities are already subject to, but just maybe....

I was effectively cutoff from the conversation last week, as my IE gets real slow when these blogs get really big. Strange, because I don't have a bandwidth problem here.
Anyway, I was suggesting people read the specs for Bearden's "Motionless Electromagnetic Generator". I gave references to the MEGpaper.pdf document in the last blog. Don't know if anybody tried to tackle it. Thing is, I must confess that I still don't have a very good feeling about this guy and I suspect his device may be something more like a "magnetic amplifier" which amplifies the intensity of input signals , possibly using non-linearities in the B/H hysteresis curve for the core material and NOT actual production of "free energy". The fact that he wants 10 Million in donations to complete development makes me uneasy also. I will need to develop my little seed of faith in this particular approach a little more before I start forking over cash for hardware and materials to build something like this. My tendency, I should say my "calling" at this point is to investigate more into the high voltage electrostatic Tesla - type device end of things. I have a few ideas in this realm which I will report upon to the group when I think I have something worth getting people excited about.But I would still encourage others to look at the Bearden stuff and see if they can get a more coherent understanding of exactly what he was doing than I have.
Looking at MIMIC images for the timeframe referenced in the blog and comparing them to seismic data, I see that this EQ was just about midpoint in the tuning fork event.

Well, thei first thing I discovered is that the MIMIC image must have changed (I assume...I didn't look at it on the UoW website), cuz the 4 slashes to the west of the storm no longer show up bright red, just a faint aqua. If anyone looked at the site of origin when RCH posted, does the Sept 23rd loop now look different?
These fainter slashes show up from about 0815 theu about 0945...at the 1015 in the image RCH captured, nuttin but blue!
for the 22-23 Sept timeframe, 2 EQs reported...

The most benign interpretation of what happened with Katrina is that -- like the absurd FEMA "non-response" after the storm -- the Feds were simply caught "with their pants down." That Michael Brown reall WAS "running the (horse) show ....
Like (some believe) they (the honest guys ..) were similarly caught on 911 ....

That's our analysis.
Since they obviously DON'T (simply peruse the MIMIC archive of previous storms and see how 'selective they really are...), it makes their specific appearance in key storms -- and those storms' subsequent REACTION -- quite inconsistent with this suddenly-appearing "disclaimer."
These signatures are behaving as if they are real, PHYSICALLY-TRIGGERED (rainfall) events ....

Good Morning all:
the red tuning fork image crops up in T'Z mystical space and I assumed it was the captain. Could you comment on the "standing wave theory" that is holding the jet stream off the coast of Alaska in such a way as to drive all this wet weather down the Pacific coast? The interior of British Columbia has been in a fog for the past week. If there are any chemtrails "channeling" EM from Haarp to "Wilma" the public is not aware of them. I have heard a couple of reports that the HAARP project is now in the hands of Great Britain. Any posters have an inside track on that subject?

As far as the UK is concerned with regards to weather modification,I am convinced that it is happening over here.
There was a tornado recently down in Birmingham England that lasted less than a minute but caused absolute havoc and thousands of pounds worth of damage.A TORNADO! In the UK!! TOTALY UNHEARD OF! We dont get tornado's over here! It was a massive news story,people couldnt believe it.
On the national BBC NEWS that evening,the obligitory weather girl only gave the totaly unheard of,highly unusual Tornado event that had occurred only a cursory mention,saying something like "..dont worry..we actually DO get Tornado's in Britain all the time..its just that they are very small and not powerful enough to be noticed.."!!!! She didnt say however,what it was that made THIS Tornado so POWERFUL and NOTICABLE for the first time in recorded history in Britain.
She wasnt then very convincing.
This,coupled with the now very obvious contrail,chemtrail plane activity,which myself,friends,family members and collegues have witnessed and commented upon in the last 6 to 8 weeks.
This activity of spraying the sky, always occurs in the beautiful clear morning skies following our now regular heavy heavy days long downpours.
Scotland is a WET place historicly,but its the sheer volume of water that is falling in a matter of a few days that is unsusual for us.A MONTHS worth of rainfall reaching the town of Hawick in the borders of Scotland in less than 24 hours,causing massive flooding and thousands of pounds worth of damage.The planes ar out in force in the blue clear skies after these heavy rainfalls.
If you look up,you can see the contrails everywhere,fanning out across the sky.And by the end of the working day there is a very beautiful but very unusual,thin patternd cloud cover across the sky.
SOMETHING is going on over here and i think its just the start of it.

However, think about this another way: if such blatant weather control experimentation has been showing up on these Microwave Thermal Radiometer Images since the University of Wisconsin program started, and meteorologists there KNOW (behind the scenes) that these are clear evidences of a "black program" they're NOT supposed to comment on in public ... wouldn't keeping a little "flaw" in the "stitching algorithm" -- as "plausible deniability" -- make sense in a CYA kind of way ...?
In other words, some of these "anomalies" could indeed be in the computer. So, if any outside agnecy/news media ever checked, THOSE examples could be easily trotted out ... thus effectively HIDING the REAL "anomalies" in the field!

According to the impression I get from tom Bearden's website, the size of boat you'd need isn't much over the size of a tug boat. But that assumes a state of the art machine; a Kluge Job on the other hand might require some very large antenna array.
Any chance the Over the Horizon HF Radar units (for drug enforcement) have been used?
A much worse event comes to mind: the same technology could be used to disable the MIMIC bird during operations, or disable it permanently.
I am however a bit confused. Bearden suggests that this is a "first strike" weapons platform. What is the point of the incremental approach at this stage in the game? Why not fire the kill shot? Is it possible that, (suspecting that the US HAS some limited response capability) the goal is to find what limited means we have with which to respond, and then put those sites in the primary "target list"?
Because the other possibility which comes to mind is that this is not simply a US/RUSSIAN war, but the actions of some other political entity not the government of a particular nation.

Why do you so readily dismiss the disclaimer on the very website you get these compostie images from?
Disclaimer
The individual images that are used as input into this product sometimes contain bad data in the form of missing scanlines or anamalously high or low values that often stretch in an arc across the image. When these areas are incorporated into the MIMIC product they form artifacts that fade in and out, and appear to move with the storm center. However, they have no physical meaning and hopefully they will not obstruct your interpretation of the imagery.

The fact that the "tuning fork" abruptly ended early this morning .. .after literally hours ... indicates to me the scenario I outlined above: that someone found out where the "destroy Wilma ray" was coming from .. .and they had to skidaddle before they could finish the job!"
If this is right, we may see a second attempt when she passes through the Yucatan Straits.

Has anyone ever thought that the disclaimer was put up BECAUSE people are coming to the wrong conclusions about the images? Perhaps conclusions such as the images being evidence of weather manipulation? Do you think an all knowing all powerful OZ weather manipulator would allow such images to be displayed in public places for your discernment? If there was such evidence that was easy to capture on radar, I would expect the radar to have a temporary failure when the technology was applied. Just my $.02
I used to be a surface search radar technician, and I can tell everyone that if the "tuning fork" artifact was actually caused by rain, then these rain images would also show up on visible satellite as well. Why no corroborating data from other sources? Shouldn’t other radar images pick up the same artifact? It is simply a software glitch.
Hopefully, I can offset my off-topicedness with my pithiness...

RCH has been consistent in his suspicion that the good guys are technologically behind the the bad guys with regard to weather manipulation and are scrambling to defend against the storms that are juiced up and directed by the bad guys, the Depopulationistas. Maybe Secretary Cohen said what he said, way back in 1997, was because he thought the good guys were not on top of the situation, from a policy standpoint.

You would think that scientists and engineers would fix any bug that distorts the data they so desperately want to digest. Isn't this what they do!?! Did I miss something? Hasn't radar been around for some time now and we can't get accurate information from it! Ummm, national crisis... our engineers have gone stupid.
Unless of course, the anomolies are real and appear to be steering hurricanes. I rather prefer this paradigm than the other one!

The Bothnians swear up and down that place names were local, but never made a convincing case why their system should be different than the English. When Bjenberg was changed to Bjannberg last year, the reason was "to reflect the local dialect", which means (to me) the original 19th century name was NOT local - but don't try telling them that. I tried to find common ground by suggesting the name was local, but the spelling was not local (regional or national). An admission of any external influence is insulting to their ancestors maybe ? Even with a local Swedish surname, I encountered a brick wall.
In spite of believing localism prevailed over standardization, Swedes have an unshakeable belief that their country - most socialist in Western Civilization - is somehow a microcosm of the cut-throat capitalist English speaking world, with 100x more people. In Sweden, "differences make no difference" and some criminologists think their concept of utopia is the root cause of their social problems (child porn, alcoholism etc). Having a Swedish family name means I have the privilege of being asked about it because, here in North America, if your last name is difficult to pronounce, people will always assume you just jumped off the boat and know everything about the old country.

The fact that the second law (law of entropy production) of thermodynamics is already known to be violated by such strong gradients means that some negative entropy is often produced, in contradiction of the second law. In turn, this means a special way to extract (or get) extra energy violently from the local vacuum, since “negative entropy” means reduction of disorder, and in turn that means reordering of the vacuum (virtual state) disordered energy. In other words, there is definitely a negative entropy operation (or more than one) that can be involved.
The problem is, no one seems to have ever examined the vacuum dynamics, in the presence of severe and sudden disequilibrium, strong and sudden spacetime curvature, etc. as when it is hit by such a strong gradient. Immediately, the kind of phenomenology one can conceivably get depends on the type of model one is using to “describe” the vacuum itself and its dynamics. Here again, not much seems to be known, either theoretically or experimentally. In EM, most of the area is just considered “transients” and much of the effort has gone into “eliminating” most such “undesirable” transients.
The energy also need not be just “positive energy”; instead, it can also include “negative energy” (as did the Sweet device). Indeed, the Sweet VTA produced more negative energy in its output than positive energy. Hence because of the unaccounted negative energy Heaviside component, the VTA could be modified and used for antigravity, which is the experiment I designed that Sweet successfully performed, reducing the weight of the unit on the bench by 90%.

The new round of MIMIC images still don't sway me. TOO MANY QUESTIONS still over looked that need to be looked at. These may have answers based on data that is out there.
So some random thoughts on a passing scene:
Why all of a sudden a disclaimer?
That's intuitively obvious to the casual obsever. No other explaination should be necessary.
How are MIMIC loops formed?
In a nutshell, fancy math. Remember they come from different LEO sats. and the time interval between passes can be short (miniutes) to long (hours). The sats. will be looking at the area from different aspect ratios due to orbital mechanics. This is a lot for any equation(s) to cover with introducing a bais. So to make 'traditional radar style loops' the tween data needs to be calculated. How much wieghting a image gets is probably based on how close other passes are to it. The another problem in the data is that a guess has to be used using other data on whether what is seen is increasing or decreasing in strength. Also not pointed out on the UW site is the the pros and cons of how it interpret the intial data. I've simplified the best I could and sorry if I skipped something.
Real data vs anamoly in MIMIC?
Well, one way to get to this answer is the input images.
Why has no effort been made on what the input images were?
This has been a question I've asked a couple of times. Effort seems to be the problem here. I've now looked at them for Wilma. These could support or disprove the validity of the evidence.
Why have the errors not been fixed?
Well from my intrepretation is that the MIMIC equation is evolving. If the error comes from the input image then whatever caused the error there is out of UW's hand. Better input data would need better instrumentation thus new sats.
Remember all if it university data, then that means the odds are extremely good that a graduate student(s) are doing the work. From what I can tell that is the case here. So anybody in Madison area......that's also intuitively obvious to the casual obsever.
MIMIC is to aping so what may that also tell us?

Yet heartbreakingly, the vacuum interaction has not even been added into the 137-year-old classical EM model used to design and build our electrical power systems. Yes, I agree with your thoughts. But this web site generates a huge volume of viewers and if enough people clog his email system, they will stop and think about the subject matter.

What did all the University and government researchers do with the images before this official "disclaimer?"
And, as someone asked earlier, why is the problem still there? Can't they "get it right" ... even after all these years?!
This obvious POLITICAL motivation notwithstanding, we also see in the Ophelia MIMIC data actual MOVEMENT of the storm ... in direct response to the sudden appearance of these "imaging artifacts. Such "hurricane response" is clearly impossible for "a mere computer-based imaging artifact."

Yeah that's a pretty fast buildup. Rita did the same (Cat 1 to 4) in 21 hours.
BTW, Wilma is practically a Cat 5 already, it has maximum sustained winds of 175mph... the definition of a Cat 5 is > 155mph.

The British were a sole super power for 100 to 300 years (depending who you ask) and considering their Imperial adventures, I always begin with the assumption that they have some information that they are not sharing.
An Empire is about power, but the term Commonwealth makes people think of an alma mater society (slowly going broke). In fact, until that knowledge is shared (the dark archives opened) Great Britain is still executing its 'exit strategy' and in retreat from Empire. The British Empire never "fell", at least not in the way the Russian or Spanish Empires "fell". All that happened, was direct control (political) was replaced by indirect control (economic/financial). The Vatican had a similar head-start. Neither retreated to an empty castle and to the present day, both suppress knowledge, while actively planting bogus ideas in the marketplace of ideas. If you had to retreat from Empire, having thousands of years worth of data about "big weather" (or a record of coastline changes) would certainly be a good head start.
As for the AI cipher/code. I'm guessing it's a cipher, because the people sliding stuff like this into a movie would not expect anyone to do the a=1, b=2 thing. Soo, I would guess that it is a columnar transposition cipher that will spell something up & down if off-set correctly. By the length of the words, I'd guess each row to be off-set by somewhere between 6 & 10 spaces.

As to "corroborating images: we HAVE them! Look at my "Captain's Blog" of a few weeks ago, discussing Rita. We mounted side-by-side the MIMIC microwave images AND the visible light GEOS satellite images ... showing a huge "hole in the clouds" where the MIMIC data showed the anomalous, geometric "bars."
In terms of why were are being "allowed" to see these signatures: you're assuming that one "team" controls the ENTIRE game. This is NEVER the case. There are ALWAYS "factions."
This data is publicly available, yes. But, it is now being posted with these silly "disclaimers." So, whoever is doing it (leaking these remarkable "signatures") is "covered."
The media now have their "excuse" for NOT following the story (it's only "imaging artifacts," move along ...).

Regarding what RCH mentioned about the ‘major radar band’ just off the coast of Alaska, where did you find that? I’d be interested in having a peek at it. I’ve lived in Alaska pretty much all my life. Born and raised here in Anchorage. It’d be pretty neat to see if this is really as unusual as it sounds.
Here’s an interesting story from the Anchorage Daily News about a landslide on Mount Stellar last month.

The enormous landslide rang the globe with a mysterious seismic pulse and dumped enough debris to bury midtown Anchorage at least 3 feet deep. 65 million cubic yards!!!
The slide caught the attention of scientists because it produced a slow rolling signal that lasted three minutes. It was clearly not an earthquake but shook the earth with as much vigor as a magnitude-3.8 quake.
Living here as long as I have, I can remember when we used to get earthquakes with pretty regular frequency. They were just a fact of life and it’d get so you didn’t even notice them anymore. Over the last few years, however, I’ve noticed that we seem to hardly get them anymore. A lot of us here feel that we are overdue for another quake the size of the ’64 one and it’d be interesting to see if more of those anomalous radar bands appear again.
I'm not suggesting we blame the British for hurricanes or rent-a-haarpicane ... but definitely suspect that they have the most ancient data, or that some perfumed Prince might have the most detailed ancient maps. Drawing the rain-belts and warm water north might be a victimless crime, by comparison.
I'm going to draw wrath for speculating, but the two rival factions (owls & roosters). It makes more sense (to me) that the Cold War military machine would produce a Treaty obligation program and an All American program and those two might not share the same priorities, or, that might have a difference of opinion over what happened at New Orleans. That model seemed to fit the doomsday (conspiracy) scenarios that usually involve some type of military under NATO or UN command policing US concentration camps. I think the 'concentration camps' are built for the military's belief in a future War with China. A few years ago, two Chinese Generals defected and wrote a book that said China expects the war to begin shortly after they host the Olympics, in a showdown over Taiwan that escalates. Our wheat based adriculture is believed to be a target, while COSCO, Chinese Overseas Shipping Company, owned by the Red Army, has the Port at San Diego and unfettered access to North American rail lines. Sounds like it will be a nasty conflict. If they don't invade Taiwan, they might just take Vancouver Island and sit there. Besides pests that attack wheat, avian flus, SARS, or whatever, we should be on the lookout for actions by the wannabe ascending power, who might be trying to level the natural/man-made disaster playing field. China faces a water shortage, cities are regularly wiped out ... after all, a well-placed hurricane might change US calculations on the risks and feasability of invading countries like Iraq. If a bad experience like New Orleans doesn't keep the National Guard at home, it will certainly heighten public awareness about the down-side to sending the National Guard overseas.

It would seem to me the good guys MUST practice subtlty, and have things appear natural, and timeing seems to be critical. I only hope that the gloves don't really come off in a more open show of force on force.
It would seem that, regardless of the Hollwoodesque, appearance of the New Orleans story, or even the likes of 911, that the actual death toll for America is VERY small compared to the count elsewhere in the world. Like perhaps not even close to 10%.
As an aside, the news and video about the New Orleans police beating the crap out of a "retired school teacher" is supportive of what I aluded to earlier about Katrina-Purifying and now the real crap is floating to the surface to be ambarassingly revealed to All. I believe the 'stalling' that you saw was actually what a storm looks like when it is being manipulated to become a 'super' storm. I would definitely hold on to the data and observations as this would show what scalar tech. looks like in action. I love science. I think it is important for me to point out exactly what science is. Science is a methodology. With good science, with good methodology, one should be able to study ANY phenomenon or explore ANY theory without fear of ridicule. Unfortunately, such an environment does not exist in the USA. This is a shame. I am not sure there is enough evidence of weather control to PROVE that it is going on… but there is certainly enough evidence to warrant further investigation. I think this is all that Richard C. and anyone else in here are really asking for. This is also true of the other ridiculed fields of study from UFOs to Bigfoot. All I ever asked for was for further investigation into these fields. My belief in something does not change whether or not that something is true or false. It is what it is. I feel no need to defend any theory or cling to a set of beliefs. The facts are what they are no matter what goes on in my head. I have always felt this way. Always.
Watching the TV news these days makes me physically ill. The total lack of basic investigative journalism and emotional and psychological control the stories are obviously designed to have are a constant reminder of what is going on in America. Investigative journalism is very much like scientific methodology. Both seek the truth of a thing. The news is supposed to be the watchdog of government. This is no longer true. This situation is unbalanced. It is not at equilibrium. It cannot continue this way for much longer. Hurricane Katrina and the events that followed are only the first warning signs. More craziness is on the horizon, both in extreme weather and the intentional mismanagement by government. It is up to each of us to prepare, especially if we are responsible for the lives of others –aka- have children or parents who are dependent on us.
Every citizen should have 1 month of food water and medicine stored for each person they expect to be in their houses in the event of an emergency. This is not the same as the number of people living in your house now. If your house is the logical place your family will flee to seeking refuge in the event of an emergency situation, then you should have enough supplies stored for all.
I did some experimenting with solar distillation. I used a clear sheet of plastic I bought from Wal-Mart for 2 bucks and managed to capture water as it evaporated and condensed on the plastic. I remember watching the history channel and WWII pilots had something similar for distilling ocean water in the even their planes went down. Why did people have to die of thirst in New Orleans? This technology is at least a century old. There is simply no excuse. Each citizen is responsible for his or her own lives. FEMA and the government are not going to save you. You cannot count on there to be grocery stores and electric power tomorrow. Or the next day. Or the next. Even squirrels store nuts for the winter. Come on. We built bomb shelters during the cold war. What ever happened to basic Boy Scout emergency preparedness?
Well, I am preparing. I carry a spare tire in my care. I have candles for when the power goes out. Preparing for being stuck in the winter from large snowfalls is a way of life for a lot of people in the northeast and Canada. This is no different. It is common sense. (Well, it used to be common) I hope SOME of you wake up and follow in your grand parents footsteps.
With respect to the 'tuning forks'; I was re-watching the imagery on MIMIC at the point where the bands show up and then disappear. I understand what RCH is talking about here and what he's saying the purpose of the bands are. I've followed the story pretty closely and it seems the deeper one gets, the more interesting the story gets too.
That said, re-watching that imagery, it occured to me that the bands do seem to be moving in the same direction the HAARPicane (I stole that from someone who posted here earlier... sorry, I foget who).
If you can imagine a ball spinning in front of you and using your hand to bat at it to speed it up... that's kind of what those bands seem to do here. Once 'they' figure they've sped it up enough, it's switched off.
Of course, it could just be a result of the time slices that are displayed in the .gif and they're really moving in the opposite direction to slow it down. Perspective can be a b1tch.

IMHO, it validates concretely Richard H's postings(or revealings) through the tests themselves and notably the content(or evidence itself) of Bearden's letters of correspondence, and they are showing the "WAYS and MEANS" that it is occurring or being done. I looked long and hard at the JAVA MIMIC files and I see no correlation in the wind speed building and the anomoulous lines showing up, the monster grew at the same rate (Vmax) whether the lines were on screen or not.
Now if in the coming days there is a major reduction in size AND in accordance with the lines showing back up then I'll learn more towards a possibility but right now I don't think there is anything to these lines other than image processing errors.

The easily accessed, (non secret)information I found shows a fairly well developed state of affairs. Concrete experiments, with existing recorded results and working models functionally demonstrating the knowledge. The slides from the Lorentz' Surface Integration Trick however cartoon show a confident casual humour like, business as usual tone. Well beyond concept models, was my impression.
The math they have referred to at times, was often quite old, like 1919,1937 etc, so the theories are not "new". As with many breakthroughs in the world there is some simultaneous aspect, that could bring the use and various applications to be for good or evil. I think it was the 1919 example that came from a German Scientist, so you know how all that eventually played out later after 1945 post WW2.

What if the superpowerful hurricanes are not a result of intentional magnification via whatever technology, but are natural phenomena displaying a massive upsurge of HD energy flowing naturally into the earth system, and what we are seeing are attempts to diminish this energy and/or steer the hurricanes into natural HD energy voids?
Just think. Ophelia was wondering around for days, kind of like you do when you can't see and you're feeling for a light switch on the wall. Maybe rotating storm systems like hurricanes are naturally attracted to HD energy points, or are beind fed by them, and someone is using whatever technology is at hand to try to diminish the impact?
What we saw with Wilma could be that very thing. And when the technology suddenly went down, for whatever reason, the hurricane rapidly intensified because the technology had been supressing it?
I have long held the theory that chemtrails are a top secret program to lessen the effects of global warming, in effect, to keep us happy and ignorant for just a little bit longer, for whatever reason. Maybe we are seeing the same thing with these hurricanes. Only the energy surge into this dimension is getting out of control?

On another note, a strange thing happened Sunday night. I'm not sure what to make of it. Not sure if maybe I'm a little crazy.
I woke up a little before midnight needing to use the bathroom. While I was in the bathroom... this is hard to explain exactly, so I can only tell you what it sounded like... it sounded like all the pipes in the walls began to vibrate at the same low harmonic frequency. First it was quiet, and then the whole room went brrrooom. I hadn't flushed yet, so it wasn't water moving through the pipes.
A few seconds later, about 15 seconds I'd guess, my tinitis kicked into overdrive. I've had ringing in my ears for years and most of the time it resides below the conscious level. I don't notice it unless I intentionally listen for it, except on those rare occassions when it gets really loud. Well, it got loud, one might even say deafening. I crawled back in bed and laid there listening to it and wondering if there was some kind of connection, and I thought, I'm going to forget that this happened, so I looked at the clock to give myself a point of reference to help me remember. It was a couple of minutes after midnight. I'd guess that the noise, followed by the ringing in my ears, happened at exactly midnight.
Crazy me, I can't accept this as a coincidence. Nor can I explain the noise in the walls. It's probably not even something I would have noticed during the day, but it was very quiet at the time. I noticed because it was abrupt. It was like turning on a switch.

Looks to be transitioning from rectangular to pentagonal. I am starting to woner if those "tuning forks" may have been radar representations of atmospheric corona currents bridging between the eye and the Central American landmass due to massive charge differences. Does anybody remember seeing the radar imagery of, I think it was Tammy, the one that wandered around like a drunken sailor off the East Coast before zooming off into the ocean? I've been trying to find radar pics of the rain that was all along the east coast at the time, but can't find them.
The reason I ask is because I remember thinking that the radar bands showing all the rain fall (which was west of the Storm) looked remarkably like a wall, and Tammy (if it was Tammy) kept bouncing off it before it 'bounced' back out into the Atlantic. Just wondering if anyone else saw that too, or if I need to cut back on the 'Kool-Aid'...

hello all -- sorry for "disappearing." these are interesting times and i've got involved in pol-watching -- before i knew it, the last thread went to 600+ comments. i had no hope of catching up. glad to see the new post! hopefully i can catch THIS train before it leaves the station.
i'm LOVING the discussion of "tuning fork" and negative space -- seeing what is NOT shown is a very important skill. my intuition is there's pattern to all this earth activity -- earthquakes, hurricanes, weather fronts, electrical storms, etc.
this is fertile ground to exercise the right side of the brain -- not just on the "tuning fork" imagery, but in the whole picture. the RIGHT side of the brain can organize vast amounts of data more effciently than the LEFT. i've used RIGHT/LEFT brain techniques to teach drawing and philosophy, and i believe it's a good tool for the job here as well.
this material is all about *letting the pattern emerge* from the noise. we have static images and images over time. we have data and images specific to the hurricanes themselves, AND data about earthquakes and other planetary systems that don't appear at the same time and in the same "picture" as the storm satellite images.
lots of patterns -- so, i thought i could contribute to this thread by providing some tips for switching brain hemispheres. if you have a copy of Betty Edwards "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain," she discusses this stuff at length.
the right side of the brain is expert at imaging -- seeing what's REALLY there instead of filling in the blanks with language (left side). this is a primary skill for drawing, but as i've always said -- there's little difference between art and science. SEE THE PATTERNS. solve the problems.
set up the conditions for your brain to shift -- tell your left brain to "take a hike" so your right brain can get some work done.
the basic exercise for hemisphere SHIFT is to TURN THINGS UPSIDE DOWN. If you have been looking at these images with north=top and south=bottom, flip it. take the image into photoshop or print it out and turn it over. if you've been watching the loops going FORWARD in time, reverse it.
you can perform lots of "shift" in photoshop by using filters to invert, enhance and rotate -- the point is to keep the pattern, but change it so it's not what you are used to looking at.
something else you can do is to draw the images from the standpoint of NEGATIVE SPACE. don't draw what is there -- draw what is NOT there. why draw? because that short-circuits the left brain, again. it gives you time to meditate on the image without "rationally" putting it in a box.
while working on finding the emerging patterns -- shoot for FLOW. work long enough to lose track of time. really let yourself get into the FLOW. and if nothing comes to you during your session -- sleep on it -- wait for the "ah HA" moment. you brain does its best work when it's allowed to rest.
another exercise we do is to put a GRID over a 3-d image to foreshorten it -- see it flat. with this material we have a gridded, FLAT image -- we need to see it in 3-d and in 4-d, with time. the NASA animation of stove pipes is great for this!
also -- google "negative space" and work work work this aspect. the left-hemisphere is not equipped to deal with empty space and that's exactly what we have. left brain says empty space is BORING, "pay no attention." hmmm, sounds like the voice of authority, doesn't it?
dig into this right/left split, work the negative space aspects of cognitive shift and see what happens.
(PS -- forgive me if this has already been suggested -- i am very behind in my enterprise mission reading. it's good to be back "on board" with ya'll.
to be honest, the last post didn't excite me b/c i'm a *recovering* advertising creative and yuk -- don't want to think about clients and messages. imho, the mexican tequilla tagline was the result of creatives working the postmodern suspicion of authority and placing alcohol in the realm of *rebellion* (ugh -- i'm so tired of this crap... being DRUNK is soooo rebellious!). in this light, the "controlling the weather" meme is firmly planted in the zeitgeist rather than a secret whispered by the PTBs. advertising does not trade in NEW THOUGHT. it's all about using symbols to manipulate. so the "good news" is "controlling the weather" is a meme. the "bad news" is, it's not a "whispered secret."

First I would hunt down their published reference, look to see if its been references, look at its references, e-mail the author for other related publications and any questions developed. One would also need access to the input 85GHz images. Then do the interpolation. But the simplest thing to do is review the orginal images. These are where everything starts. I used to be a surface search radar technician, and I can tell everyone that if the "tuning fork" artifact was actually caused by rain, then these rain images would also show up on visible satellite as well. Why no corroborating data from other sources? Shouldn’t other radar images pick up the same artifact? It is simply a software glitch.
As stated by The Captain they aren't radar images. However the principle is the same, and you (a previous anonymous, skeptical poster) are correct. The "tuning fork" is bad data (missing data, to be exact). Cold/zero values are red. There is no physical way to make that happen without a physical barrier in space or a lot of water in the atmosphere. That is basic, indisputable physics.
Regarding RCH's comments:

You do not. Those images do not show a correlation. You want there to be a correlation, but it is not present. Go locate the loop of GOES-12 visible images from that day and watch how the clouds move. Your "hole" is part of the circulation and not from the "tuning fork". (which is a delightful name, btw)
In terms of why were are being "allowed" to see these signatures: you're assuming that one "team" controls the ENTIRE game. This is NEVER the case. There are ALWAYS "factions."
You are allowed to see the data because it is publicly available. MIMIC imagery is highly processed and bad pixels get wrapped up into the loop. It is impressive that you have found so many examples of that, but if you did an exhaustive analysis you'd find no correlation between bad pixels and weather.
This data is publicly available, yes. But, it is now being posted with these silly "disclaimers." So, whoever is doing it (leaking these remarkable "signatures") is "covered."
The disclaimers are there because of people like you. That you refuse to accept anything but your own fantasy interpretation is your problem. However, for those people who might employ reason and logic when looking at experimental imagery, such disclaimers are rather helpful.
This scenario happens all the time: Scientist makes new, pretty imagery of something. It looks useful. Scientist puts it on web for other scientists and people to see. 90% of the time only other scientists even bother to look, and they see missing data (your tuning forks) and say "Hey, missing data". Someone else wanders to website and sees the missing data and gets confused. A select few, such as yourself, see the missing data and go into correlation overdrive. Amusing blog entries hypothesizing massive conspiracies result. Handful of scientists who posted original imagery laugh, sometimes hysterically, and later post the disclaimers because they realize that they should have had in the first place.
The media now have their "excuse" for NOT following the story (it's only "imaging artifacts," move along ...).
The media doesn't care because there is no story to investigate. The sad part is that if you knew the people and the place from whom and which all of these images you keep throwing around come from, you would be remarkably underwhelmed by how plain and ordinary it all is.
But, if the intent by the "leakers" is to provide us -- ther serious guys -- with additional REAL physical evidence of what's occurring, by posting the disclaimer AND still continuing to post the anomalies themselves ... they're "covered!"
Or perhaps the disclaimer is there because the scientists who make the images do not have the time nor resources to filter out the bad data. Just a thought.
This is a four-dimensional CHESS game ... with rules we are NOT privy to ... as always.
The only involvement of chess games in all of this is that more than a few satellite meteorologists were members of chess clubs in their younger days. Otherwise, you might want to consider that you can't find the rules because the game you envision does not exist.

In those links there is also concrete experimental data showing a number of LAWS or Rules, such as thermodynamics that are being voilated consistently and quantifiably. It happens. Hurricane season is 4 months or so? They almost have to occur within weeks of each other. And if you go back and do a little research on hurricane intensities you'll see that many hurricanes go through strengthening and weakening phases. This year is off of the recent normal, but still comparable to years in our experience.
Rita and Katrina formed under very similar conditions during the same time of year. Ever had thunderstorms two days in a row on hot, muggy days? Same principle.

Exactly correct. There is no correlation.
This kind of storm development is not unprecedented. "The Perfect Storm" underwent a comparable degree of development and energy release. As did the massive, poorly predicted east coast snowstorm of 1999. The fact that we haven't recorded a lower pressure before in an Atlantic hurricane is meaningless -- we've only been doing dropsondes for 60 or so years during what we know was a relatively quiet period for Atlantic storms.
We don't even know how many storms there were in 1933 -- so many are identified now as tropical storms only by satellite that 1933 could have had 30 or 40 namable storms, but if they didn't happen to cross major sea lanes or make landfall, we didn't know about them. Was there a grand weather control effort in 1933? Or prior to that?

You don't need to do that work for me, but you should do it for yourself if you have not. I have looked at the satillite imagery for Wilma in the 85ghz. It is interesting what is seen before MIMIC manipulation. I've also looked at the same satillite(s) other images from the same pass. They also help show what's going on. Whether it is wind, rainfall, 85ghz, and 37ghz images show the same happenings. Does this disprove the validity of the arguments here, don't know yet, I'm still working on that. Trying to understand the orbiting instruments a bit better. But I do know that MIMIC is exagerating what is going in to form the final product. So this shifts where the focus should be. Hopefully will have something soon but computer speed is slowing things presently. But I am pressing on.
Anyone who thinks hurricanes of this strength have never happened before is naive. We've only been measuring hurricanes for 50 years. I think between 1875 and 1925 we had many hurricanes of this magnitude but nobody was out there flying a reconnaissance aircraft over it 24 hours a day checking for the lowest pressure and highest wind speed. and ofcourse we had no satellite or radar images.

Simply look at the DATA. :)
After applying the same technology (judging by the IDENTICAL geometric signature we've published from Ophelia) for several hours to Wilma's early life as a Tropical Storm -- which had precisely such a "diffusion" effect on Ophelia's subsequent strength -- whoever was applying this "suppression technology" to Wilma ... suddenly STOPPED!!
This can easily be seen and verified by studying the time-coded "MIMIC loops" of Wilma we have linked in the UPDATED "Captain's Blog."
If those "suppression efforts" had CONTINUED -- again, based on the prior Ophelia empirical data -- Wilma MAY have been diffused.
But ... inexplicably ... they STOPPED!

I noticed someone mentioned emailing Bill O'Reilly about the weather modification subject...
That dog don't hunt. I watch O'Reilly's show daily, and catch his radio show online often. I find him to be an excellent source of information, and entertaining right-of-center libertarian opinion.
As for talking to him about weather modfication and TEM, forget it. He can barely grasp the concept of the iPods his website was giving away last month, let alone other complex subjects involving technology.
He doesn't do the conspiracy thing either. He cracked up laughing when he heard mention of someone blowing the flood walls in New Oreleans. He concentrates on subjects *he believes* have large potential public impact, and are somewhat mainstream. He's kind of old school, and doesn't do a whole lot of thinking outside the box. You would have to have rock solid, verifiable proof of the science involved here too. Clearly no one has that yet.
I'm still wishy washy on this weather mod subject myself. Yes I know there has been a whole lot of WACKED weather this year. It seems to me that someone involved in supporting the MIMIC project should be able to identify the things we are seeing, be them real anomalies, or computer glitches. I've been working in tech for about 13 years now, and it would be more than strange for an anomaly like these forks to go without explanation. Either the software has a bug that can be explained, or the data is "real". The fact that the MIMIC system is passive makes this even more the case. Has anyone attempted to research the MIMIC system further, or make contact with someone related to the project?
If you do, leave out your opinion of what you are seeing, and simply ask them to give a detailed description of what the forks are. If they can't do that, then ALL their data becomes suspect. They have to have a working knowledge of what we are all seeing there in order to know it's a "glitch" . Brushing them off to the scientific community as "computer glitches" without more explanation is ludicrous.

I think I might have an explanation as to why Wilma suddenly exploded in intensity. If you look at the last 24 hrs of MIMIC for Wilma, near the beginning, close to the bottom and a little to the right of the center, a big red spot pops up suddenly. This spot starts having a very regular pattern of waves on its northwest side, and then the spot disappears. During the time the spot is "waving", Wilma has a surge in intensity. Now, this COULD be something natural, and it doesn't look like a tuning fork, but it might explain the sudden jump in intensity, so I thought I should let you know. Keep up the good work.

Has anyone yet mentioned the fact that hurricanes have been in the gulf for years and not once in the past has it ever effected oil prices straight down to the consumer as it has today? Heck, even during the oil embargo from the 70's throgh to late 80's, crude oil per barrel was super high but the gas pumps were well below a dollar. Yet I know of hurricanes in the Gulf at that time. What gives?!?

An idea my comrades: Is there anyway to map sonar around these hurricanes? Look for underwater subs, maybe look for frequencies? I still think that whatever churns these things gives out sounds, no matter how small and inaudible by human ears. Any fish washing ashore or migrating funny? What about birds? They staying away from flying south? I was wondering if anyone came across anything because I haven't had a chance to look.

The thing that bugs me the most right now, is that windows are closing, time is running out, and someone, within the next week is gonna see what the bottom of Hell looks like-I would do anything to spare one more person, the pain of having a hurricane turn another life upside down.

Visually seeing them is good - very good.
The type os thing I was speaking of was tracking them with a time laspe photography - at hi-res and with the low light features turned all the way on. Nasa been "painting" some sats black for RADAR (get it) adn visual sightings - hell - even the solar panels on soem of them are NON-Reflective - but you still cant completly hide it. The ones I am looking for are not stationary - except that big bastard over the storm "protecting" the air space (ba$tards)... ...
Thus - photography.
My theroy is this (while im still waking up and out of the loop)... ...
Owls have this goverment funded weather program thats ground installation based - AND - they use MASSIVE amounts of power to achive the same effects that low funded "groups" utilize beacuse of its LOCATION (rem long/lat - its important). The extra power is also used to TIGHTEN the THDT in order to hide it.
Roosters have low funded ground and space based abilites - and are not trying to hide there effects at ALL. Being able to track the good guys - is a SUPREME BONUS (and a fine "hello" for you guys).
Now on the matter of detection - how do you "see" the "Northern LIGHTs" without visually seeing it? What type of equipment would you use to detect NON-Visual Auroa Borialis?(again sp?) AND - can you get it at radio shack (ie-off the shelf)?

FYI...most models strengthened Wilma to a Cat 4 hurricane...The National Hurricane center has always said they have difficulty forecasting intensity. Either it was used to increase the local energy and power of the storm, or in attempting to slow it pushed other (natural) forces in such a way that more energy was then released when it stopped.
Since it is the only observed anamoly, it is far more likely to be responsible for the strange behavior (record breaking power jump) than not.

Hello all, I'm sitting here in Ft. Myers FL, prepairing to evacuate to my home back in Jacksonville. I had surgery (read: free time) back in sept, and since then I have come across the captins blog. It is intriguing material to say the least! I decided I would post up some work I did lastnight in the name of scientific research. Since a young age I have always been intrigued by weather, airplanes, and science and scientific theory.
I also have a photographic memory, and in my many days of staring out at the sky (dreaming of becoming a pilot) seeing contrails appear behind a plane, and fade just as quickly I began to realize that there is indeed a different look to the skies today. I like to consider myself pretty scientifically versed, so I will never argue against a theory unless you can 'put it to bed' (flat earth anybody ;) ) so to speak. This is one of the rare places I have found where I can truly say the scientific method prevails over the one sided spoon feeding so common these days.
Being directly affected by the hurricanes of 2004, and discovering this blog just after hurricane Katrina I have realized that getting images is of the utmost importance in the captains research. I decided to write this script because I heard of many people saying to "take screenshots", and "right click and save as". Hopefully this helps in some way or another. The script was authoried on a Debian GNU Linux machine, and appropriatley should run on any machine that can run shell scripts of the /bin/sh format. So with no further ado.

Now you got me there. It IS the only "anomaly" SEEN thus far (besides the fact that it is a "unprecedented" storm - TOPS choice of words). However - based of the previous evidence that RCH has provided the public - I can’t discount that.
My "THEROY" is that the "puppet masters" response to the "foolery" of OPFOR was to go maximum power and control. 2) Eye wall will become less TIGHT and will have pentagonal/hexagonal symmetry as the "puppet masters" will begin to lose control (outdoing themselves) and go back to the way of doing things they did on the previous storm, Katrina.
3)IF anyone can prove there is a sat’ hanging out OVER the storm AND that it isn’t either NOAA type or imaging type sat’ it WILL have to go away.
3.B) Option “B” of this third event is a “collection” of micro/small sat’s “buzzing” around that sat while another one (expendable? NO.) gets within its OPERATIONAL range and does “Funky Munky’s” thang. And THAT – I would love to have ground based time lapse photography of – I’m willing to pay CASH. In that case the “tuning forks” and bars will be seen “hitting the storm near (but not at) the eye wall.

RC...Or...or did someone try to "strengthened" Wilma, not weaken it. I found it odd the energy pulse shown in your report seemed to be land-based and coming out of Central America someplace. Or perhaps a ship already in the Canal???? And, didn't the pulse shown dragging Ophelia easterward out to sea seemed to be ship-based?
Or, doesn't scalar work that way??

"Bad pixels" would not show up at precisely the center of two SEPARATE hurricane images, FOLLOWING the track of the eye as it moves, and coinciding PRECISELY at a time of significant change of direction (Ophelia) and intensity (Ophelia and Wilma). To think otherwise is simply irrational.

Resonance is the key. Tesla knew it. Much of his work revolved around it. Make a device or phenomenon reach resonance and the potentials become enormous. All of it unseen except by a set of MIMIC sats that see the manifestations of the resonance aka anomalies.
BTW, in resonant heating experiments the heating if I remember correctly occurs at 84ghz.

Has anyone cross checked the apearance of the pattern with the flights by Hurricane Hunters into the storm?
Might be interesting to see if "they" try to ramp up or depress the storm at the same time to skew the readings from the overflights. Something along the line of "Oh no! It is a Cat 5. Everyone run for your lives!" When it really only is a Cat 3. Besides outright destruction "they" might be trying to also cause economic disruption and instability by causing "bad news".

I've been looking at a Navy weather research site. It has one of the better FREE archives. One could always obtain the raw data from their official archives but I'm not so endowed. Yet, those would be of use for actually doing a MIMIC reproduction. But the sats the UW lists are all there plus others. So it is a good look at what UW was using even though they had access to a bigger swath. This is because what is found here is more localized.

There might not need to be a use for that. Though someone else can take it up (one just has to be profeesional about it). But from what I've been looking at all afternoon and evening shows what is seen in the MIMIC loop is in the input data. So that when it gets interpolated it gets looped in (so to speak), It gives the appearance of happening over a period of time. The other thing that stands out is that it seems just to come from the DMSP-13/14/15 sats and not the others. The one that seems to show the 'interesting' snapshot the most is (I think) DMSP-13. It is the oldest of the three. Now whether what this sat picks up or not is real or anomalous I can't say. Still learning about what I'm looking at. Now what appears in the MIMIC loops to be land or sea based is not the case from the sat image. These apects in the image are large arcs, that stretch across the width of the swath.
The image that corresponds to the 'tuning fork' in MIMIC is:

It can be located at the above website. Select Wilma as the storm. In the grid on the left hand side, look for SSMI, then go over to the cell that corresponds to 85GHz H. Hover over the colored square, then click on 2 degree. Now go back through the previous images until the above name. This illustrats what I'm referring to. If you go across now with the same satillite, the other images for this overflight can be seen. I've done this for Ophellia and Rita. Like I said all evening and afternoon. Good thing the game was on and South Park. The site was talking about having a maintenance down period so if its down try again.

The type of thing I was speaking of was tracking them with a time laspe photography - at hi-res and with the low light features turned all the way on. Nasa been "painting" some sats black for RADAR (get it) adn visual sightings - hell - even the solar panels on soem of them are NON-Reflective - but you still cant completly hide it. The extra power is also used to TIGHTEN the THDT in order to hide it. Roosters have low funded ground and space based abilites - and are not trying to hide there effects at ALL. Being able to track the good guys - is a SUPREME BONUS (and a fine "hello" for you guys). Now on the matter of detection - how do you "see" the "Northern LIGHTs" without visually seeing it? What type of equipment would you use to detect NON-Visual Auroa Borialis?(again sp?) AND - can you get it at radio shack (ie-off the shelf)? I'll bet you can! :=x <

Sounds like you want to go satellite hunting. Do a search and you will find that there are many resources out there. Like the above link most show the unclassified birds. Well not exciting, but good practice and data needed to be sure for ruling out known vs unknown. From what I gather its a challenging endeavor. One needs equipment. The first link below shows what some have used to track the ISS. Since tracking an unknown is your wish, one needs to be able to calculate its two-line elements from a siting. This then can be used to track it. Also check out HAM radio sites that deal with amsat stuff can also fill the dynamics that are involved with tracking.

Anyone familiar with the cloud chamber principle? Prior to the use of the similar bubble chamber technique of tracking subatomic particles physicists used chambers of supersaturated gas which, when a subatomic particle passed through, caused condensation of water droplets from the water vapour to mark the particles path.
Could something like this have caused the anomalous precipitation we see? Also could this be a pulsating effect - the anomaly seems to start aimed direct at the eye of the storm then drifts off in the wind direction only to appear again as the original beam begins to break up; hence the 'tuning fork' effect.
Perhaps we could invite a representative of MMIC to post here officially as to the process of creating the images and the machanics of how such 'anomalies' could conceivably appear in their images. After all, the 'true' crew is interested in the physics here, not the metaphysics.

Hi All, I've been thinking about the transfer of energy from one dimention to another, I would think that if it was possible to to isolate a single atom inside a spherical electric field, that was big enough for the atom to move around in, but not escape from, and then, if you could reach into the field and remove the atom, or introduce an additional atom, while excluding all others, then you will have transfered energy from one dimention to another.
