Somebody Tried to Kill Hurricane Wilma ... BEFORE She was Born! -- UPDATED 4:50 AM October 19th
With apologies for my unfortunate absence from this forum in recent days, for weeks now we have been presenting (in previous "Captain's Blogs") increasingly extraordinary images, archived radar data and expert testimony, all supporting the (to some) equally extraordinary new reality:
That, despite what experts tell us, the technlogy currently exists to actually control the weather -- and specifically, nature's most destructive type of storm: the hurricane itself.
And that "someone" has been using this technology this summer "in an undeclared, all-out 'weather war' against the United States" ... with (after Katrina) disasterous results ....
Tonight, we have discovered startling new evidence that we are right in this extraordinary model:
New MIMIC microwave imagery -- again, from the University of Wisconsin -- of the newly-formed Caribbean Tropical Storm, "Wilma."
The latest image "loop" (above) demonstrates an IDENTICAL "red tuning-fork interference signature" seen in a previous Tropical Storm-turned-Hurricane: "Ophelia!"
Here (below) is that archived Ophelia MIMIC loop ... complete with the same remarkable "tuning fork" interference pattern showing up now in recent "Wilma" images ....
Note how Ophelia responds -- both in terms of the wind intensity and the literal direction of the storm -- when this "tuning fork" pattern first appears.
It is our contention, based on the physics of these images (described at the official University of Wisconsin MIMIC site, here), that these bizarre "tuning fork" patterns -- note, geometrically aimed at the precise centers of these respective storms! -- are actually a "rainfall side-effect" of an unseen energy technology being applied to these respective storms ... in an effort to decrease both their wind velocities, and to simultaneously alter the storms' tracks themselves.
[In a future "Captain's Blog," we will lay out the complete physics (as we believe we currently understand it) behind what we are seeing in these astonishing microwave images.]
In the limited space we have here, suffice it to say that in this latest imagery of Wilma we seem to be seeing the first visible effort to reduce the strength of a potential hurricane; what we cannot see in this data, is the application of additional technology (by an "opposing team"), potentially attempting to enhance this same storm ... Wilma ... and then move it toward a specific "target" in this undeclared "war."
One important note: since we first called world-wide attention to these MIMIC microwave radiometry images in an earlier "Captain's Blog," the University of Wisconsin site has added a major "disclaimer" to all its posted MIMIC imagery. The new clam is that we are "only seeing imaging anomalies" -- created by the computer imaging process which creates these MIMIC imaging products themselves.
To which I have an obvious question:
If this is truly the case -- if we are seeing in these striking geometric patterns only "computer glitches" in the data -- why was this crucial "technical disclaimer" ONLY added to the MIMIC site AFTER we called attention here to the striking "geometric signatures" appearing on certain hurricane images within the archive!?
If this is truly just "a systemic computer problem," resulting from the nature of the satellite data involved and the algorithms being used to handle it, why was this disclaimer not posted on the site from the beginning ... for all the official users of this data?
Why not, indeed.
I think you know our answer ....
With that stated -- in the coming days, as additional MIMIC imagery of Wilma becomes available, it will be crucial for everyone here to watch for the appearance of additional "interference" signatures within new data ... as well as their direct physical effects (as with Ophelia!) on both Wilma's subsequent wind speeds ... and its direction of motion towards a landfall!
In this remarkable new data, we may be witnessing the first visible "confrontation" between two opposing forces (yet unknown ...) -- ushering in, as former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen first warned us in 1997, a totally new era of "global weather war" ....

Addendum
AP is now reporting (about an hour ago) "Tropical Storm Stalls in the Caribbean." This is in direct contradiction to overnight (and still prevailing) forecasts, that Wilma will strengthen into full hurricane status later this morning -- possibly reaching a Catagory 3 or 4 -- as it then moves northwest ... before looping northeast ... toward a Florida landfall by the weekend!
Is this evidence of the "interference technology/signature pattern" actually working ...?

In the early hours of this morning, October 19th, 2005 -- less than 18 hours after going from a Tropical Storm to a full-fledged Catagory 1 -- "Wilma" reached a hurricane strength of Catagory 5, the maximum extension of the Saffir-Simpson Scale.
Her central pressure was measured at 882 millibars -- the lowest recorded in a hurricane since 1935! Her internal winds (relayed by a U.S. Air Force hurricane hunter aircraft in the eyewall just hours ago) were in excess of 175 miles per hour!
This hundreds of times increase in intensity (the energy of a hurricane goes up as the square of its peak wind velocity!) -- for a storm that was barely in existence less than a day before (!) -- remarkably, began precisely coincident with the cessation of the anomalous "red tuning fork" geometry recorded earlier: at about 01:45 GMT, October 18th, 2005.
This dramatic change in the overall intensity of this developing storm, simultaneous with the disappearance of this "anomalous geometry," strongly supports the idea that these mysterious "geometric rainfall patterns" -- seen in the MIMIC microwave imagery prior to this cut-off -- were, indeed, somehow responsible for actively suppressing the overall intensity development of Wilma ... in the hours just before their disappearance!
Again, this inversely correlated storm behavior argues compellingly that what is being seen on the MIMIC images from the University of Wisconsin is not the product of "a faulty computer program" -- but is, in fact, the signature of a partially successful technological effort to actively suppress this storm ... which, in this instance, was prematurely terminated!
If this model is correct, we may look forward to other attempts to dissipate this now extremely dangerous, Catagory 5 Hurricane before it makes landfall in the United States -- using this same "interference" technology, and leaving the same "geometric signature" -- across the coming days ....

The military and public have gone two different directions when it comes to understanding clouds, rain, weather and climate. The military have become masters, while the public has been turned off the atmosphere as a topic.
There could be a number of countries trying to draw the warm Equatorial rain belts north to warm the Atlantic north of the Equator. The failure of that shift in rain belts during the 70s and 80s is caused the monsoon failure and the Ethiopian famine.
The public has ALOT of catching up to do and you;ve offered some badly needed observations ! Keep up the good work !

No, Richard, if you read the article, you would learn that the province hardest hit is the base for the Islamofacists trying to take over Kasmir and destroy India. Due to poor construction methods used in the area, hundreds of them in their training camps died when the buildings fell, and thousands died at their ammo depots when those structures collapsed and fires broke out, followed by the ignition of the ammo and explosives, which killed them. This is not difficult.
Further, I would imagine that that incident would begin to figure in your postulated "weather war" scenario - which is why I posted it. :)
If you postulate that the recent huricane season and cycle is not natural and that unnamed forces are directing it, then it might be instructive to compare huricane damages with earthquake damages - the US, Japan, China (infidels, property/infrastructure destruction, some deaths) have all had huricanes/typhoons while Iran, Pakistan and Indonesia (Islamofascists, mega-property destruction, massive deaths - always striking the heart of terrorist-held areas or hidden nuclear facilities [Iran]) have all suffered devestating quakes.

I am wondering about that . . . more weather North of the equator could also mean more damage and out-of-control conditions. I also wonder if the intent of the elite is to actually heat up the planet on purpose? The still non-actions by the elite even in the face of more, stronger and possibly out of control weather shows ignorance or intent. To answer global warming with more drilling and production of oil goes against all [human] logic in that sense. So other "people" higher up could be directing the show from behind the curtains to turn global conditions in their favor.

It is interesting that the reactions I have received from folks when mentioning this topic, have ranged from "I think that is possible", to "Please stop, you are freaking me out". Unfortunately, the "freaking out" reaction has thus far been more common. People are quick to judge ME, rather than react to the subject matter itself. No surprise there. I will keep following this story, but I must admit that I miss your reporting on topics such as Mars, the Moon, Deep Impact & Saturn's moons.
Also, are you planning to continue you pre-blog format on Enterprise (articles w/o the wide range of comments from "the rest of us"...??).

I would just like to give you a heads-up about the DEEP IMPACT tidbit published in today's New York Times "Science Times".
By Henry Fountain, as part of the Observatory column:
"Dirty ice ball or icy dirt ball? For scientists who study comets, that is perhaps THE question. Are comets largely frozen water and carbon dioxide with some rock and dust mixed in, or mostly rubble, peppered with ice? Since comets are believed to have lingered since the dawn of the solar system, their composition offers clues to conditions back then.
The dirty ice ball theory had been favored by many scientists since it was first proposed more than half a century ago. But some recent evidence has suggested that comets may be more than dirty ice.
The latest finding to point in that direction comes from the Deep Impact mission, a NASA spacecraft that slammed an 800-pound projectile into the comet Temple 1 in July 4. The impact was observed by instruments all over the world and in space, including an array of cameras aboard a European Space Agency spacecraft, Rosetta, that is on its way to another comet.
A team of scientists from many European institutions has analysed the Rosetta data and concluded that while the impact produced a shower of water vapor, it probably produced more dust. Their findings are reported in the journal Nature.
A spectroscopic camera on Rosetta was used to determine the amount of water released, by measuring hydroxyl radicals, which are produced as light from the sun breaks down the water molecules."
It seems that mainstream science is getting a bit closer to what Richard has been saying for a while now. But some problems:
1 - still no mention of Deep Impact's own spectral data, let alone an analysis thereof...
2 - no consideration given to alternate explanations of a comet's origin.
3 - no mention of other findings from the Rosetta spectroscopic camera besides water vapor & dust.

Perhaps my referencing Gospel of Thomas was in error, but the Lost Gospels book I have was not with me when I wrote the comment. Regardless, there IS more than one reference to Jesus killing other kids and even a tale of an angry mob confrontation between the locals and Joseph. Kinda funny story. As far as the gospel in question being suspect...I think ALL of them are, especially the ones in the NT! Regardless, all religions seem corrupt to me so one has no greater claim to the "truth" than any other.

I noted an earthquake yesterday evening in Nicaragua reminiscent of the ones that occurred in the same general area when Katrina and Rita were in that part of the Caribbean/Gulf. 5.3 I think.
Stupid questions, even to my own thinking, but:
a) Is there hardware required to generate the tuning forks?
b) Can this be housed on a boat/sub?
c) If so, How big would a vessel have to be?
Don't get distracted by the fact that "the interference" pattern seems like a gun pointed to Wilma in order to stop it. That's what it seems to be but it's not just that. Those interferences are the result of spacecrafts, space-fighters which have warping-like features... and that's the reason why as the formation moves toward the hurricane-producer enemy it seems like a pattern of a beam of some kind. It's not that. Inside Wilma like on other hurricanes there are spacecrafts of some kinds doing the job... the main point from which "the beam patterns" arise is actually a mother spaceship from which fighters moved out in order to attack the enemy...

I am now registering as a disabled person to get help with my
condition caused by this incident with medication in childhood.
I find it extraordinary that the disabled form ACTUALLY mentions
that one can be registered as disabled WITH a MENTAL HEALTH
condition. This has NEVER been mentioned to me by any mental
health professional EVER !

Your insight into this phenomema is based on truth. I looked at the 24 loop of the MIMIC and compared it to the coordinates that the NHC gave for Wilma and found it to be very close to spot on. I have been following this stuff since you started, and have discussed this with many people. I just get told I'm being crazy. I haven't heard anybody mention anything on any station! I even have a radar anomaly DVR'd that I caught off of CNN and they just ignored it!
You are right about this stuff, just like you are about Mars.

I have been trying to find evidence of the rained out clouds on the other weather sites, and it is hard to find a close up of that area, and once it's in their archives, its impossible to find.

On another note, I have been following this line of blogs for a while now and am wondering if anyone knows which satellites (if any) have access to the different earthquake regions AND are they able to use the same imaging the Univerisity of Wisconsin has, AND is anyone watching them? My line of thinking is this (please correct me if I am wrong, I dont understand the details of the HD stuff, but get the big picture):
If we can see the effects of trying to steer the hurricanes, and we were able to see the alleged effects of 'marking' NO for Katrina, can we see the use of scalar technology in connection to the abundance of earthquakes this past week? I am willing to help check this out if those of you with better grey matter would like some.
Also, 1:34 Eastern time, and Wilma is STILL THERE???? When I look at the radar images of Ophelia and Wilma, I wonder if 'they' were really trying to deflect Wilma, or rather (by the looks, the more likely) were 'they' trying to steer Wilma BACK to the US?!?

Anyone know how vulnerable Washington DC is to flooding?
Well the bars on the IR shot cannot possibly be an anomoly, the problem shows up only recently and only in a couple of examples. Why would an anomoly pop up out of nowhere with the sophisticated gadgets we have and then, suddenly, be explained when there has never been any examples like this to disclaim before this year? I think there is an opportunity to disclaim the disclaimer on the grounds of utter lack of common horse sense. I wonder about these people. Somebody thinks most of us just got of the pumpkin truck,lord knows we might have, but we weren't born idiots and sicophants like they apparently where. Seems like the (very) few who disagree here have to come up with stuff right out of their a's to be able to even come in to the conversation. I will be the first to 'woo hooo' when we have CNN or the Weather Channel take real notice of these trends in the data. Becasue, the real 'masters' of this earth sure seem to be trying to finish the US off (from within?) and the only hope is the media waking up quickly now. We have to take the 'news' today with such a grain of salt because of the spin I wonder if we will EVER get the truth from Main stream media. The stories reek of the book 1984. One has to be careful with a coordinate system that is centered on the storm, but it looks to me like the "tuning forks " here are originating from landward at a latitude of about 14.3 Degrees (Northern Nicaragua). It is very curious that the red segments over land are always completely fixed in position whereas their extensions over water move back and forth with time. The linear segments over land also appear a little TOO rectangular. I am getting disturbing flashbacks to the artificial goal lines inserted into football re-play videos by the sports jocks. Richard, is it possible that these guys inserted some artificial contour lines into the video for their own use ?
Then again, I wonder if there could not be a "Woodpecker" in the neighborhood, given the history of this region ?

I was abso-fraggin'-lutly STUNNED at how IDENTICAL the geometric signatures were. I just went to the CIMSS site and looked at the last 48 hours of MIMIC on Wilma, and noticed something. Wilma WAS going south until the "tuning fork" hit her. Then she did an abrupt 180 and started heading toward the Gulf of Mexico. I have a couple theories as to why this happened and the purpose of the "tuning fork", for lack of a better term at this time. 1: Someone was trying to weaken Wilma like the Captain's Blog says, but a side effect was a change in course. 2: Someone DELIBERATELY changed the course of Wilma so she'd go into warmer waters and threaten the Gulf Coast again. I'm not sure which one's correct, but I'm hoping it's the first one, because if it's not, then someone in Honduras (where the "tuning fork" originated from) is trying to attack us.

It's a shame that most people have lost their curiousity and just believe what the one-sided tv presents them on a silver plate.
Here's something to think about:
Has anyone here read the Gaia hypothesis by Jim Lovelock? The one that claims Earth to be a giant cybernetic system. Well, at some point near the end of the book he says that if we humans muck up that self-regulating system by meddling in the wrong places, the whole automatic regulating system will cease to function and the manual regulating of the system will be left to us to take care of.
Either that or we try and rivive Gaia by causing some gigantic catastropy and hope that the human survivors will see the Earth as we knew it before (or at least life will continue in a completely different form - like those slugs that live in the ocean only from photosynthesis and don't need any oxygen).
Now think what the ones in control of the weather manipulating could be trying to do - either save the already damaged earth by manually regulating the cybernetic system to reach homeostasis, or try and cause some kind of apocalypse. Or they could be just innocent and not be aware of the havoc they are creating (which i can't imagine).
I still think that the mad weather happening in the moment isn't only due to the tampering of the elite. I rather think some kind of large natural event (like an Ice Age or the opposite) is happening and that the elite is hiding it from us.
Would like to hear what you guys think about this.

Background: As a class project, a (law?) professor and her/his students undertook the review of the case of a death row inmate and caused the exoneration and release of the wrongfully convicted person. Maybe it eventually involved more than one innocent's release, I'm not sure.
Anyhow, the idea is to locate and bring on board an appropriate willing professor and their class who would undertake a similar investigation of whichever EM topic seems best, or multiple topics.
I don't know how plausible this could be, due to the control we know universities are already subject to, but just maybe....

I was effectively cutoff from the conversation last week, as my IE gets real slow when these blogs get really big. Strange, because I don't have a bandwidth problem here.
Anyway, I was suggesting people read the specs for Bearden's "Motionless Electromagnetic Generator". I gave references to the MEGpaper.pdf document in the last blog. Don't know if anybody tried to tackle it. Thing is, I must confess that I still don't have a very good feeling about this guy and I suspect his device may be something more like a "magnetic amplifier" which amplifies the intensity of input signals , possibly using non-linearities in the B/H hysteresis curve for the core material and NOT actual production of "free energy". The fact that he wants 10 Million in donations to complete development makes me uneasy also. I will need to develop my little seed of faith in this particular approach a little more before I start forking over cash for hardware and materials to build something like this. My tendency, I should say my "calling" at this point is to investigate more into the high voltage electrostatic Tesla - type device end of things. I have a few ideas in this realm which I will report upon to the group when I think I have something worth getting people excited about.But I would still encourage others to look at the Bearden stuff and see if they can get a more coherent understanding of exactly what he was doing than I have.
Looking at MIMIC images for the timeframe referenced in the blog and comparing them to seismic data, I see that this EQ was just about midpoint in the tuning fork event.

Well, thei first thing I discovered is that the MIMIC image must have changed (I assume...I didn't look at it on the UoW website), cuz the 4 slashes to the west of the storm no longer show up bright red, just a faint aqua. If anyone looked at the site of origin when RCH posted, does the Sept 23rd loop now look different?
These fainter slashes show up from about 0815 theu about 0945...at the 1015 in the image RCH captured, nuttin but blue!
for the 22-23 Sept timeframe, 2 EQs reported...

The most benign interpretation of what happened with Katrina is that -- like the absurd FEMA "non-response" after the storm -- the Feds were simply caught "with their pants down." That Michael Brown reall WAS "running the (horse) show ....
Like (some believe) they (the honest guys ..) were similarly caught on 911 ....

That's our analysis.
Since they obviously DON'T (simply peruse the MIMIC archive of previous storms and see how 'selective they really are...), it makes their specific appearance in key storms -- and those storms' subsequent REACTION -- quite inconsistent with this suddenly-appearing "disclaimer."
These signatures are behaving as if they are real, PHYSICALLY-TRIGGERED (rainfall) events ....

Good Morning all:
the red tuning fork image crops up in T'Z mystical space and I assumed it was the captain. Could you comment on the "standing wave theory" that is holding the jet stream off the coast of Alaska in such a way as to drive all this wet weather down the Pacific coast? The interior of British Columbia has been in a fog for the past week. If there are any chemtrails "channeling" EM from Haarp to "Wilma" the public is not aware of them. I have heard a couple of reports that the HAARP project is now in the hands of Great Britain. Any posters have an inside track on that subject?

As far as the UK is concerned with regards to weather modification,I am convinced that it is happening over here.
There was a tornado recently down in Birmingham England that lasted less than a minute but caused absolute havoc and thousands of pounds worth of damage.A TORNADO! In the UK!! TOTALY UNHEARD OF! We dont get tornado's over here! It was a massive news story,people couldnt believe it.
On the national BBC NEWS that evening,the obligitory weather girl only gave the totaly unheard of,highly unusual Tornado event that had occurred only a cursory mention,saying something like "..dont worry..we actually DO get Tornado's in Britain all the time..its just that they are very small and not powerful enough to be noticed.."!!!! She didnt say however,what it was that made THIS Tornado so POWERFUL and NOTICABLE for the first time in recorded history in Britain.
She wasnt then very convincing.
This,coupled with the now very obvious contrail,chemtrail plane activity,which myself,friends,family members and collegues have witnessed and commented upon in the last 6 to 8 weeks.
This activity of spraying the sky, always occurs in the beautiful clear morning skies following our now regular heavy heavy days long
