Somebody Tried to Kill Hurricane Wilma ... BEFORE She was Born! -- UPDATED 4:50 AM October 19th

With apologies for my unfortunate absence from this forum in recent days, for weeks now we have been presenting (in previous "Captain's Blogs") increasingly extraordinary images, archived radar data and expert testimony, all supporting the (to some) equally extraordinary new reality:

That, despite what experts tell us, the technlogy currently exists to actually control the weather -- and specifically, nature's most destructive type of storm: the hurricane itself.

And that "someone" has been using this technology this summer "in an undeclared, all-out 'weather war' against the United States" ... with (after Katrina) disasterous results ....

Tonight, we have discovered startling new evidence that we are right in this extraordinary model:

New MIMIC microwave imagery -- again, from the University of Wisconsin -- of the newly-formed Caribbean Tropical Storm, "Wilma."

The latest image "loop" (above) demonstrates an IDENTICAL "red tuning-fork interference signature" seen in a previous Tropical Storm-turned-Hurricane: "Ophelia!"

Here (below) is that archived Ophelia MIMIC loop ... complete with the same remarkable "tuning fork" interference pattern showing up now in recent "Wilma" images ....

Note how Ophelia responds -- both in terms of the wind intensity and the literal direction of the storm -- when this "tuning fork" pattern first appears.

It is our contention, based on the physics of these images (described at the official University of Wisconsin MIMIC site, here), that these bizarre "tuning fork" patterns -- note, geometrically aimed at the precise centers of these respective storms! -- are actually a "rainfall side-effect" of an unseen energy technology being applied to these respective storms ... in an effort to decrease both their wind velocities, and to simultaneously alter the storms' tracks themselves.

[In a future "Captain's Blog," we will lay out the complete physics (as we believe we currently understand it) behind what we are seeing in these astonishing microwave images.]

In the limited space we have here, suffice it to say that in this latest imagery of Wilma we seem to be seeing the first visible effort to reduce the strength of a potential hurricane; what we cannot see in this data, is the application of additional technology (by an "opposing team"), potentially attempting to enhance this same storm ... Wilma ... and then move it toward a specific "target" in this undeclared "war."

One important note: since we first called world-wide attention to these MIMIC microwave radiometry images in an earlier "Captain's Blog," the University of Wisconsin site has added a major "disclaimer" to all its posted MIMIC imagery. The new clam is that we are "only seeing imaging anomalies" -- created by the computer imaging process which creates these MIMIC imaging products themselves.

To which I have an obvious question:

If this is truly the case -- if we are seeing in these striking geometric patterns only "computer glitches" in the data -- why was this crucial "technical disclaimer" ONLY added to the MIMIC site AFTER we called attention here to the striking "geometric signatures" appearing on certain hurricane images within the archive!?

If this is truly just "a systemic computer problem," resulting from the nature of the satellite data involved and the algorithms being used to handle it, why was this disclaimer not posted on the site from the beginning ... for all the official users of this data?

Why not, indeed.

I think you know our answer ....

With that stated -- in the coming days, as additional MIMIC imagery of Wilma becomes available, it will be crucial for everyone here to watch for the appearance of additional "interference" signatures within new data ... as well as their direct physical effects (as with Ophelia!) on both Wilma's subsequent wind speeds ... and its direction of motion towards a landfall!

In this remarkable new data, we may be witnessing the first visible "confrontation" between two opposing forces (yet unknown ...) -- ushering in, as former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen first warned us in 1997, a totally new era of "global weather war" ....

Addendum

AP is now reporting (about an hour ago) "Tropical Storm Stalls in the Caribbean." This is in direct contradiction to overnight (and still prevailing) forecasts, that Wilma will strengthen into full hurricane status later this morning -- possibly reaching a Catagory 3 or 4 -- as it then moves northwest ... before looping northeast ... toward a Florida landfall by the weekend!

Is this evidence of the "interference technology/signature pattern" actually working ...?

Addendum 2

In the early hours of this morning, October 19th, 2005 -- less than 18 hours after going from a Tropical Storm to a full-fledged Catagory 1 -- "Wilma" reached a hurricane strength of Catagory 5, the maximum extension of the Saffir-Simpson Scale.

Her central pressure was measured at 882 millibars -- the lowest recorded in a hurricane since 1935! Her internal winds (relayed by a U.S. Air Force hurricane hunter aircraft in the eyewall just hours ago) were in excess of 175 miles per hour!

This hundreds of times increase in intensity (the energy of a hurricane goes up as the square of its peak wind velocity!) -- for a storm that was barely in existence less than a day before (!) -- remarkably, began precisely coincident with the cessation of the anomalous "red tuning fork" geometry recorded earlier: at about 01:45 GMT, October 18th, 2005.

This dramatic change in the overall intensity of this developing storm, simultaneous with the disappearance of this "anomalous geometry," strongly supports the idea that these mysterious "geometric rainfall patterns" -- seen in the MIMIC microwave imagery prior to this cut-off -- were, indeed, somehow responsible for actively suppressing the overall intensity development of Wilma ... in the hours just before their disappearance!

Again, this inversely correlated storm behavior argues compellingly that what is being seen on the MIMIC images from the University of Wisconsin is not the product of "a faulty computer program" -- but is, in fact, the signature of a partially successful technological effort to actively suppress this storm ... which, in this instance, was prematurely terminated!

If this model is correct, we may look forward to other attempts to dissipate this now extremely dangerous, Catagory 5 Hurricane before it makes landfall in the United States -- using this same "interference" technology, and leaving the same "geometric signature" -- across the coming days ....

Katrina ... More Hints of Another 911? -- Updated - 2:00 PM

In the years following "911" there's been much discussion regarding "Who knew what ... and when?"

Almost immediately after the attacks, clues began to surface that, indeed, "someone" had not only anticipated this unprecented assault against America, but eerily ... had known the exact form and targets of the attack! These indications took the form of a variety of evidence--

From the now well-known "anomalous futures trading" in airline and other stocks -- in some case, at a rate over 25 times "normal" just days before September 11, 2001 -- to the eerie parallel to the actual World Trade Center aircraft impacts themselves ... the storyline of Chris Carter's X-Files spinoff TV pilot, "The Lone Gunman"--

Which had a "black ops" jetliner slamming into the World Trade Center ... written over a year and a half before 911!

This parade of provocative "911 pre-evidence" also extended to a remarkable Islamic calendar -- depicting images eerily close to actual events ... yet published in May, 2001.

According to a report on the Dutch newspaper investigation of the event, appearing on Newsmax.com:

"... A calendar which was printed in Egypt and for the month of September shows a crashing passenger plane with Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty as a backdrop -- and which was printed in May, a full three months before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on America -- has caused an uproar in the Dutch town of Almere, Netherlands, the newspaper De Telegraaf reported yesterday.

"The calendar was distributed at an Islamic school long before the World Trade Center attacks. Mayor Hans Ouwerkerk, who was alerted to the calendar's existence in the local Islamic school in the town of Almere, immediately notified the Dutch internal security service (BVD) about the strange coincidence. The BVD is reportedly investigating the matter ...."

This series of eerie "forshadowing's" of the-catastrophe-to-come even extended to several astonishing CD album covers -- which graphically illustrated the actual attack ... also debuting well before 911 occurred!

According to Snopes.com:

"The image below [left], pictures the planned cover art (prepared in June 2001) for the forthcoming "Party Music" album by the hip-hop group The Coup. The cover depicts The Coup with an exploding World Trade Center in the background; group member DJ Pam the Funktress waves two sticks held between thumbs and forefingers (as if 'conducting' the proceedings with two batons) while 'Boots' Riley displays what looks like a detonator (but is actually just a guitar tuner) .... "

Other strikingly "prescient" album covers included Live Scenes From New York (below) -- by the progressive metal band Dream Theater -- actually released on September 11, 2001!

After the release, it was then noticed that the cover artwork depicted New York (the "Big Apple") tied with rope .... and the twin towers of the World Trade Center ... in flames!

The album was immediately recalled and re-released (with a new cover) a short time later. (Some copies with the original artwork still exist, and are now rare collectors items.)

This rash of diverse and remarkably prescient expressions of what was about to happen -- each clearly planned prior to September, 2001 -- only reinforces the burning question: who (besides the perpetrators) knew that the attack was coming ... and how could they have known!?

One non-conspiratorial interpretation, in direct line with our research at Enterprise, is that, somehow, the "HD resonance" of the imminent, overwhelming tragedy was transmitted to a number of independent minds . . . resulting in the independent expression of that "message" in this wide variety of forms.

This interpretation is reinforced by the anomalous behavior of the so-called "Princeton Eggs" -- an on-going electronic consciousness experiment, run by the Global Consciousness Project at Princeton University, which detected an astonishing "precursor" to the actual attacks of September 11th ... but hours before the attacks actually began!

The other, more obvious interpretation of these astonishing "precursors" to 911 was that they were, in fact, deliberate -- carefully planted "messages," designed to inform widely scattered members of the plot of what was "about to happen" ... before it happened.

There is a well-documented history of forms of mass communications ... newspapers, magazines, television ... being used to transmit "secret" information and messages of propaganda in times of war. One better-known example involves spies placing key "code phrases" in public newspaper ads ... to transmit critical information back to those who "knew the code."

Flash forward to 2005 ....

Here at Enterprise, we've been tracking a variety of evidence supporting the extraordinary idea (well, to some ...) that the two back-to-back Catagory 5 Gulf Coast hurricanes within the last four weeks could have been "artifically enhanced" ... and then deliberately steered to their devastating Coastal destinations.

In the political realm, we've presented statements from "official government policy makers"-- such as former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen (below) -- attesting to the reality of this technology "as a black program," being conducted by covert groups "other" than the United States Government.

And, in the last month, we've publicized the almost unknown impending "weather modification bill" on Capitol Hill, about to become law on October 1, 2005.

Further, in just the last few days, we've uncovered compelling new technical information -- specifically, satellite microwave radiometer images of rainfall in Hurricane Rita (known as MIMIC images) -- which provide remarkable additional support for the hypothesis that "someone" is using a currently "unknown technology" to alter both hurricane strength ... and to steer the storms themselves (below).

Subsequent to this, we have been examining other hurricanes for similar tell-tale "interference" signatures ... and we've found them!

Hurricane Ophelia (which came between Katrina and Rita, in the sequence of storms to dramatically impact the continental United States this summer), exhibited its own bizarre behavior (below) ... wandering like a drunken sailor off the East Coast for over ten days, from September 6th to September 10th ... not even technically making landfall, while still causing significant damage in North Carolina ... before taking off for Newfoundland and the North Atlantic.

In replies to comments in an earlier "Captain's Blog," I stated my opinion several weeks ago that Ophelia's highly anomalous behavior "almost appeared as if 'someone' was 'holding the hurricane off shore as a threat to Washington DC ... to 'catch the conscience of the King'" ....

Examination of the archived MIMIC images of Ophelia for September 16-17th reveal another striking, geometric "rainfall pattern" ... neatly timed with Ophilia's erratic movements after it withdrew from the East Coast.

According to the Enterprise associate who carried out a preliminary analysis:

"When this animation begins, Hurricane Ophelia is out at sea and moving in the general direction of Washington D.C. ....

"Now, when I click this animation forward one frame at a time, a faint line of rainfall appears to the east of the hurricane eye (below). It is at this point that Hurricane Ophelia starts to change direction ... away from land and move further out to sea.

"The faint line of rainfall intensifies into two intense and oscillating lines of rainfall (marked by deep red colours). Moreover, these oscillating lines mirror the appearance of the other; the lines move in lockstep with the eye of the hurricane.

The effect is not 'natural looking' at all.

Now, one indication that these red lines are real rain storms is that natural looking 'channels' of dark blue begin to bisect the hurricane -- starting from the western ends of the oscillating lines of red. The dark blue indicates where the hurricane clouds have become 'rained out.'

Once the hurricane is bisected by rained out areas, it quickly loses intensity and begins to break-up ....

It all looks very much like how one would imagine 'weather control' to appear on the MIMIC system. It looks like the 'defenders' in the 'weather war scenario' are using a method that can't hide its own tracks ....

In our opinion, the technology to do this -- not only based on our decades of extensive research into the suppressed physics of the last 100 years, but from our analysis of two seasons of truly "anomalous hurricanes" -- does, in fact, exist!

But, even with all this accumulating evidence, it was a shock a couple days ago to be handed another political "smoking gun" -- an ad (strikingly like those eerily forshadowing 911 ...) strongly indicating that "someone" (besides us) knows that the weather is "not natural" anymore ....

Here is the ad (provided to George Noory and myself by a collegue at KNBC -- the major NBC affiliate in Los Angeles).

Appearing in the September issue of "Jane" -- a national women's magazine, it's an otherwise innocuous advertisement for "Cuervo Tequila" ... produced by the José Cuervo distillery in the town of Tequila, near Guadalajara in the Mexican state of Jalisco ... described as the "wine of the earth." Presumably, this same ad is appearing in other national magazines this month. If so, we'd like to hear which ones ...

Because -- look a little closer ....

Just what is it that Vincente Fox, President of Mexico, is trying to tell our own President Bush ..!?

Or ... is President Fox -- head of a government which has just recently revealed other "sensitive defense information," regarding other "anomlaous phenomenon" certainly not officially admited by its much bigger neighbor to the North -- actually intending this not-so-hidden-message this time--

"Hyperdimensional Katrina": Scientific Evidence -- NEW Rita Update! -- 7:33 PM- 9/26/05

As we watch another "monster storm," Hurricane Rita (above), bear down on the Texas/Louisiana Coast -- the second catastrophic disaster to hit this region in only three weeks (!) -- we have a major new development to report in our on-going "Hyperdimensional Katrina Investigation":

This sequence of New Orleans' NEXRAD radar data (above) is in our opinion (and that of other experts who have now looked at it our behest ...) a proverbial "smoking gun"--

Strongly indicating now that Hurricane Katrina was, in fact, an artificially manipulated hurricane -- and ... specifically targeted for the City of New Orleans!

The startling evidence supporting this preliminary confirmation lies in a frame-by-frame analysis of this official National Weather Service "radar loop."

The first thing one notices in looking at these frames, are the bizarre, extraordinarily regular "vorticular patterns" marching across the image (below) -- slowly rotating across the field of view in the span of the 18 minutes represented by the sequence. At first glance, this geometry could easily be mistaken for an image of the slowly rotating "feeder bands of rain" in the fully-developed hurricane itself ....

Until ... one looks closer at the DATE of this particular NEXRAD radar image sequence:

August 17, 2005 -- fully 12 days BEFORE Katrina hit New Orleans!!

Obviously, then, this official National Weather Service radar data CANNOT be from the landfall of Hurricane Katrina ... which didn't come ashore in southern Louisiana until the wee hours of August 29th!

In fact, here's what the official radar loop (below) of Katrina's actual landfall on the 29th, from the same NEXRAD station, looked like:

So, what makes the loop from the 17th -- twelve days earlier -- so unusual ...?

This!

This image (below) is the last pre-sunset GEOS visual satellite image of the Louisiana area from the same day as the New Orleans' radar "anomaly" -- August 17th.

As you can see, it reveals a few thunderstorms situated to the north and west of New Orleans the City ... but in the area northeast of the City -- where those peculiar "radar bands" are locasted in the close-up -- there are no clouds or precipitation at all!

Here's the visual close-up (below); notice all that TOTALLY CLEAR AIR to the east of the City [located between Lake Pontchartrain (the red oval above the words "New Orleans") and the top of the "boot" below it, representing the Mississippi delta extending out into the Gulf of Mexico]--

Right where those peculiar radar bands are the heaviest (below)!

Just what the hell is going on!?

Radar images on the National Weather Service NEXRAD image loops are created by transmitted radar energy (from the radar antenna) being reflected back to that same antenna, as a function of azimuth (a 360-degree position, relative to the transmitter). The NEXRAD system "refreshes" these images every 6 minutes -- revealing precipitation (rain, or hail or snow) within hundreds of miles of the antenna. Sometimes, when birds are migrating ... or insects are swarming in the Spring ... the radar system can detect echoes from objects OTHER than raindrops or snowflakes ... but that is very rare.

In this case, two highly patterned, incredibly regular, slowly-rotating "vortices" -- one northeast of New Orleans, the other to the south, and in TOTALLY CLEAR AIR! -- are reflecting strong echoes BACK to the NEXRAD antenna ... when there's NOTHING suspended in that air for the radar beam to be reflecting from!!

Totally inexplicable ... by any standard meteorological measure.

And, in case you have any remaining doubts about the truly anomalous nature of this August 17th New Orleans' radar loop, here (below) is a simultaneous infrared series of GEOS satellite images from UNISYS (a commerical weather corporation, offering National Weather Service data to its clients) of the same area ... and covering the same time period (note the time code at the top-right of the graphic).

As can be seen, clouds (the bright areas -- and their associated precipitation) are totally missing from this eastern and southern region ... in the same time frame and region covered by the mysterious radar loop!

Yet, the anomalous "radar bands" of August 17, 2005 persist ... centered on New Orleans.

Just like a giant "bulls eye" was somehow being painted on the Crescent City ... 12 days before Katrina struck.

That, in fact, is exactly what our "hyperdimensional model" for Hurricane Katrina is proposing: that what we are seeing in this extraordinary radar sequence ... is the standard NEXRAD radar signal being -- somehow -- reflected back from the clear air over and around New Orleans ... air which has somehow been made "radar reflective" by the application of an otherwise invisible "energy" signature ... from somewhere.

While the precise nature of this anomalous "reflection mechanism" is currently unknown -- without further information from other sensor systems -- possibilities range from "actual ionization of the air" itself (making it more electrically conductive -- and thus radar reflective), to equally anomalous "wavelike" changes in the density of the air within the rotating radar beam ....

In the HD Model, it is this "HD imprinting" of New Orleans, by this impossible (in current physics) "energy vortex signature" which ... 12 days later ... literally attracted Hurricane Katrina right to New Orleans ... exactly like a homesick homing pigeon!

By any current physics, such "imprinting" of an entire geographical location is impossible.

But, isn't this type of extremely sophisticated "climate control technology" precisely what former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, tried to warn us about ... back in 1997!?

And then, there is the recent theoretical work of physicist, Lt. Col. (US Army -- retired) Thomas Bearden -- who, for decades, has maintained that such extremely sophisticated "weather modification technology" actually exists, based on a deliberate concealment of some critical laws of physics ... which were suppressed over a hundred years ago!

However, in this entry to the "Captain's Blog" -- as opposed to any "theory"-- we have now been able to present unequivocal physical evidence ... the official NEXRAD radar signatures of August 17th ... which dramatically attests that "something," definitely "impossible" by all known current physics, was leaving an easily detectable radar signature in clear air over the City of New Orleans, on the evening of August 17th ....

Something which ... 12 days later ... "attracted" the worst regional hurricane disaster in the history of these United States.

What that "energy signature" ultimately represents MUST now be explained ... lest whomever is actually using this "secret" technology, decides to strike again ....

For those who might wonder how we acquired this extraordinary data (which has since been predictably erased from the official NEXRAD record), we must pay homage to a small and unsung band of pioneers who have created the highly arcane field of "radar anomaly research." With site names like "cyberspaceorbit.com," "flashradar.com" and "radaranomalies.com," the investigators maintaining these sites have accumulated a remarkable archive of totally puzzling radar signatures, seen on both civilian and military radars across the entire United States ... over the past seven years.

Beginning in 1998, the first of these persistant (and to this day, still officially unexplained) bizarre radar signatures began appearing on the national network of 155 official National Weather Service radar stations (below).

Utilizing this official NEXRAD data, this auxilary network of amateur "anomaly hunters" made available to non-specialists across the Internet these highly anomalous radar signatures -- such as this example, seen in southern Texas in November of 1998 (below):

It is the hope of those of us at Enterprise who have quietly pursued this research since 1998, as well as these dedicated specialists in this almost unknown field cited above, that by posting the truly bizarre "vortex radar anomaly" captured by the NEXRAD network over New Orleans on the evening of August 17th, 2005, someone "in the know" will be further inspired to release MORE crucial data of this type.

One thing seems clear, even at this early stage of our investigation:

Whatever formed this extraordinary radar signature, captured by the NEXRAD network on the 17th, cannot be considered, by any means, a "natural meteorological phenomenon." Nature does NOT create -- and in totally clear air -- a set of slowly rotating "ionized vortices" ... capable of reflecting radar energy across literally hundreds of miles ....

The distinct possibility that this was, in fact, some kind of "hyperdimensional homing beacon" -- specifically designed by "someone" to guide Katrina to a catastrophic landfall at New Orleans just eleven days after this signature first appeared -- is thus a scientific hypothesis we feel worthy of further serious investigation ... and consideration.

NEW Addendum

A startling overnight microwave radiometer loop of Rita's approach to the Texas Coast, discovered by Kent Steadman of www.cyberspaceorbit.com, reveals a bizarre, real-time "electronic signature" for Rita!

Positioned off the Coast south of Galveston Bay -- where the hurricane was projected by the National Weather Service for several days to initially make landfall -- the unique "thermal microwave signature" (a MIMIC image, from the University of Wisconsin's "Cooperative Institute for Meteorological Satellite Studies") appears to be some kind of "atmospheric side-effect" of an attempt to potentially create a last-minute "HD electronic fence" -- designed to push Rita north and east as it approached the Coast ... and thus to prevent it from entering the Bay.

NEW: 9/26/05

Note, particularly, the latest composite image (above) that Kent (cyberspaceorbit.com) has now posted on his website:

A side-by-side comparison of the microwave thermal "rainfall" image (left), AND a visual GEOS satellite image (right).

The arrow indicates (on the left) the anomalous MIMIC microwave 5 IR "geometric" signatures -- indicating that "something" is creating a massively increased amount of rain ... and in a highly geometric pattern ... in this section of the outer rainbands of the hurricane. The visual satellite image on the right (second arrow) indicates that -- whatever is being attempted -- seems to actually be working: the level of visible cloud cover in this region of the storm has definitely been reduced ... indicating that the water vapor and aerosols there have been dramatically rained out!

Was this a coordinated effort -- via some kind of "HD technology" -- to selectively condense the water in this region of the storm, thus causing a relase of latent heat and a massive disruption of its overall rotation on one side ... and a consequent decrease in total catagory wind velocity ... and a "turn to the north?"

While obviously speculation at this point, in fact, Rita DID decrease in this timeframe -- from a Catagory 4 to a Catagory 3 -- before turning slightly north, just hours before making landfall ... thus sparing Galveston, Houston and a huge swath of the critical Gulf Coast refineries and chemical plants -- which produce more than 25% of the Nation's gasoline supply -- from major wind and water damage ....

New: 9/26/05

After Rita moved inland, forecasters were essentially unanimous in predicting that the remains of a greatly weakened tropical depression Rita would "stall out" over northeastern Texas/northwestern Louisiana ... and rain ... rain ... rain .... Over 25 inches of rain were forecast to come out of the resulting stalled "depression" -- inevitably creating flash floods far inland, with the distinct possibility of many additional storm casualties.

Some models even had Rita looping BACK south, toward the Gulf ... and eventually reintensifying again into a tropical storm!

Then, "something" happened ....

And the the remains of Rita -- instead of "stalling out "-- caught a passing low ... and took off "like another homesick homing pidgeon" for New England ....

While this new "anomalous" set of MIMIC images (below) appeared on the University of Wisconsin website.

Was this another "electronic fence" somehow triggering more heavy rainfall condensation -- designed to "herd" the remains of Rita gently northeast ... so she could "catch her final steering current ride" ... away from causing more devasatation in Louisiana?

More Support for An "Undeclared Global Weather War?" -- Updated

More than a million people (according to CNN) have now been forced to flee New Orleans.

They form the largest mass migration in American history: familes wrenched apart and sent to widely separated States; seniors forced to start over from literally nothing; children banished to start classes in strange cities and unfamiliar schools all across the Country ... some as far away as Alaska!

The dead who've been left behind in New Orleans now number in the "low hundreds."

But that toll will inevitably rise: as more and more houses, currently still under water, are entered by the recovery teams; as the attics turned-into-last-minute tombs are finally broken open; as those last moments of horror are tragically exposed ... for all who didn't make it.


At the moment the myriad commentators, the scores of network anchors, the faceless government officials -- and, certainly, the millions of ordinary Amercians watching this catastrophe play out on television -- are viewing this still unfolding tragedy as the "greatest natural disaster in American history."

But -- what if it was not?

What if, as we have asked before, "Katrina" was not a just "an incredibly destructive, natural storm ...?"

To try to answer this essential question, I began this "Captain's Blog" entry with a little known but incredibly important statement -- from a MAJOR figure in American politics, an individual with both "the clearances" and the senior position in the Executive Branch of the U.S. Federal government to KNOW ... former Secretary of Defence, William Cohen.

Almost no one, even now, is aware of Secretary Cohen's remarkably revealing testimony re "eco-terrorism" in 1997, reproduced at the beginning of this entry. Still fewer seem to realize -- even after they've actually read his statement -- the staggering technological and political implications behind what this Republican Clinton Administration Defense Secretary stunningly revealed--

Regarding the current existence of this "god-like" technology ... a technology which can actually, as Cohen testified, "alter the climate ... set off earthquakes [and] volcanoes remotely ... through the use of electromagnetic waves ..."

Flash forward to 2005 -- and the quiet introduction this Spring (in both houses of Congress) of a bill to officially institutionalize within the United States Government precisely such major "weather modification" ... under the Secretary of the Department of Commerce -- and, by October 1, 2005!

A Bill entitled:

"Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Authorization Act of 2005."

Its purpose ...?

Here's a direct quote from the Senate version of Bill S. 517:

SEC. 2. PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this Act to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather modification research and development [emphasis added] ....

Thus, as we watch Katrina's havoc still unfold ... and have watched the equally anomalous East Coast "slow-motion disaster" of Ophelia (which made its peculiar "landfall" at ~33 degrees) ... one cannot help but wonder if we are indeed "under attack!"

And, if so, by precisely what technology ... and by whom?

Secretary Cohen himself firmly removed one of the critics' major efforts to dismiss the importance of both recent "weather modification" bills: the claim that the establishment of a Government "office of weather modification" in October will only be exploring "small R&D efforts at rainmaking" -- and, utilizing obsolete "cloud-seeding technology" pioneered in the 1950's at that.

Not so!

To quote the Secretary again:

"... whereby [terrorists can] alter the climate ... set off earthquakes [and] volcanoes remotely ... through the use of electromagnetic waves [emphasis added] ..."

Even if mainstream media and other opinion makers in the Country totally ignored the Secretary's striking statement, one scientist who did NOT -- because he's been researching these precise technologies for over 30 years -- was physicist, Lt. Col. Tom Bearden (US Army, Ret).

Bearden "wrote the book" (literally), not only on the arcane physics behind this essentially unknown technology -- but on the "weaponization" of that technology by certain foreign governments.

Bearden's thesis (paralleling ours) is that the laws of physics, as presented in the textbooks, are currently incomplete ... in fact, woefully inadequate. And that this "incomplete physics" masks the capability for some to have created terrible "scalar weapons" (paralleling our own independent research into what we've termed "hyperdimensional technologies") -- based on certain nations and "black-ops" organizations having access to this currently-concealed physics ... weapons capable of literally altering the fundamental geological and climatological dynamics of the Earth itself!

On his website, Bearden presents an elegant case for these current "white world" shortcomings in fundamental physics theory having led to a range of extraordinary "secret super weapons."

Bearden's literal decades of previous publication on this intensely controversial subject amply confirmed Secretary Cohen's separate, thinly-veiled public warnings regarding these extraordinary technologies ... belatedly voiced in 1997.

Bearden's own blunt military analysis of the weapons applications of these still-secret "HD technologies" -- written well before Katrina -- is summarized below:

"... We are at war, whether we like it or not.

"And we are going to have strategic strikes on an unparalleled scale for us. Pearl Harbor was nothing, compared to what is coming down, once we consider the 'augmentation' and such.

"When that factor is considered, then it's a totally new ball game on replacing the [current geopolitical] power system. There isn't going to be much choice; the old one is going to be destroyed or so badly crippled that it will collapse the U.S. economy in a way we have not seen since 1929. Of course, in such a case hitting us, we will be under martial law, the works, everywhere. For one thing, it's the only way you can keep the cities from imploding from within, by the criminal element, looting, robbing, killing, etc. Simply wait and see; it's on the way ...

"In the new war, the first phase of WW III has already been completed. Hence President Bush's recognition that this is a total war, and has to be taken to the enemy no matter where he may be hiding or in what sanctuary or in what foreign nation. This is an entirely different war than anything the U.S. has ever fought in its history. And before it is over, it is going to kill more Americans than have died in all the previous wars in our history. The news media and the public have not yet recognized that awful situation and predicament. Most are already thinking that, well, we won in Afghanistan so it's just about over. Instead, it has only just begun.

"Anyway, that's a brief uptake on some of the weapon situation today. Some 10 nations or more now have [these weapons] .... I'm still working on how many have the appalling negative EMP weapons, but would estimate 6 or 7 nations have them in one stage or the other, either deployed or in at least advanced development. And in my estimation, the Yakuza [an extremely powerful Japanese secret society] will have them within three to five years if they have to build them themselves, and quicker if they can buy them from the Russians, Chinese ... or??? [emphasis added]."

Bearden's criticism of our own Government's mishandling of these extraordinary technologies also parallels our own, regarding their literal decades of intense compartmentalization -- in so-called "deep black programs":

"In the extreme, such a deep black program can even become a 'captured' program -- which is totally in the hands of the rogues and no longer reports to or is bound by the dictates of the parent government."

"They have their own agendas. And being rogue groups, they may well bring in unethical, immoral tricks: assassination, bribery, entrapment, disinformation, plausible deniability, etc. A certain percentage of a highly secret rogue group will wind up using all these things and more. It's a human characteristic, the old primate dominance game. Only now disguised and hidden under deep classification. ...

"In highly classified groups, these groups are greatly enabled to joust more widely, unethically, and immorally because it is so deeply hidden. So very deep classification evokes the growth and intensity of rogue groups. It's the old 'Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely' routine. ... Due to loose formation of rogue groups inside such programs, they may have dual or triple purposes, may not operate under very much legitimate government control at all, and may operate specifically for the purposes of the rogue group or groups that have gained control.

"The involvement of at least some rogue groups, some being 'cowboys' who operate well outside all laws and ethics, could also result in such things as assassinations, clandestine testing on individuals without their consent, etc. In short, it could account for what seems to be actually occurring [emphasis added]."

One cannot help but wonder just what Secretary Cohen's initial source of information on these extraordinary technological developments might have been.

One possibility is a far-reaching, highly controversial official Air Force Study, published just a few months before Cohen's own remarkable public revelations, titled:

"Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025"

A few quotes from the Study's Introduction places these projected technologies in a highly revealing military context:

"In 2025, US aerospace forces can 'own the weather' by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical
road map.

"A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary [emphasis added] ...."

It is highly unlikely that, even in 1996, identifiying these "emerging technologies," and "focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications," involved just "seeding some iodine crystals into a few clouds ".....

In this military context, Secretary Cohen's remarkable warning a few month later -- that these "eco-technologies" not only exist, but can even "set off earthquakes [and] volcanoes remotely ...." -- also now cannot be ignored.

If whomever "has us in their sights" does not achieve their (currently unstated -- at least in public) goals with the current level of destruction we have seen in the last few weeks, it is only a matter of time until the stakes are escalated ... and we could see deliberate triggering of "earthquakes ... [and even] volcanoes ..." per the Secretary's warning.

Already, in the wake of Katrina's devastation, we are seeing an unusual pattern of earthquake activity up and down the State of California -- with a peculiar concentration along ~33 degrees.

And, who has not heard of the unusual geothermal activity occurring beneath Yellowstone in the last few years ...?

If the type of coherent"scalar" energy discussed earlier -- drawing upon the literally infinite "hyperdimensional energy reservoir" that Bearden and I have demonstrated elsewhere -- were to be deliberately channeled into either the creation of major earthquakes--

Or, the eruption of volcanoes--

The consequences could be catastrophic -- not "merely" on a national scale -- but this time ... for the entire planet.

So, again, what did William Cohen mean, when he warned us -- back in 1997 -- that this was an existing technology ... but in the hands of "others?"

And, why is the U.S. Department of Commerce -- just one month following "the most destructive hurricane in the history of the United States" ... now opening a formal office to ultimately "control the weather?"

In the face of all we've been through ... why indeed.

Oh, and one more curiosity:

Isn't it a remarkable political "coincidence" that President Bush met with Russian President Vladimir Putin ... just two and a half weeks after Katrina (Russian for "Katherine") shattered the Gulf Coast? And -- just hours after "slow-moving Ophelia" brought almost equal devastation (for a Catagory 1 hurricane?!) to portions of North Carolina's Outer Banks ... before turning out to sea?

Don't you wonder -- aside from the publicly discussed agenda -- what the two President's really talked about ...?

"Hyperdimensional Katrina": New Evidence

The President has landed ... and will land again this morning.

On Friday afternoon last week, as part of his whirlwind tour of the devastated southern Gulf Coast ... five days after the landfall of Hurricane Katrina -- the President of the United States stepped out of Marine One, in Mobile, Alabama, and said:

"We have a responsibility to help clean up this mess ....

It's as if he entire Gulf Coast were obliterated by the worst kind of weapon you can imagine [emphasis added]."

The President then flew on to New Orleans, and viewed the mile after mile of gasoline-rainbowed waters from the air ... waters that had escaped from the broached levees and now swirled around hundreds of thousands of water-ravaged homes and apartment buildings abandoned before the coming onslaught of Katrina.

The President touched down once in New Orleans, spending about a half hour watching the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers attempt to plug one levee breach.

Unlike in Alabama or Mississippi, Mr. Bush did NOT meet with any actual Katrina victims in New Orleans. Except for the brief "photo-op" on the levee, and an equally-brief appearance at a news conference held at the Louis B. Armstrong International Airport, ten miles northwest of flooded downtown New Orleans, the President's only view of the tragedy of New Orleans was ... from the air ....

Unseen from Marine One that Friday evening were the literally thousands of New Orleanians still trapped in their drowned homes -- struggling to stay alive in attics now barely above the rising waterline, frantically calling for help on their dying cell phones ... until they died themselves.

The President of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, Aaron Broussard, told one such horrific story to Tim Russert on NBC's "Meet the Press," yesterday morning:

"... The guy who runs this building I'm in, emergency management, he's responsible for everything. His mother was trapped in St. Bernard nursing home and every day she called him and said, 'Are you coming, son? Is somebody coming?' And he said, 'Yeah, Mama, somebody's coming to get you. Somebody's coming to get you on Tuesday. Somebody's coming to get you on Wednesday. Somebody's coming to get you on Thursday. Somebody's coming to get you on Friday.'

"And, she drowned Friday night ... she drowned Friday night!

Even as Marine One was finally flying overhead ....

In the Sunday Edition of the Greater New Orleans newspaper, The Times-Picayune, on the eve of the President's return to New Orleans this morning, the paper published an Open Letter to the President, saying:

"... We're angry, Mr. President, and we'll be angry long after our beloved city and surrounding parishes have been pumped dry. Our people deserved rescuing. Many who could have been were not. That's to the government's shame.

"Mayor Ray Nagin did the right thing Sunday when he allowed those with no other alternative to seek shelter from the storm inside the Louisiana Superdome. We still don't know what the death toll is, but one thing is certain: Had the Superdome not been opened, the city's death toll would have been higher. The toll may even have been exponentially higher.

"It was clear to us by late morning Monday that many people inside the Superdome would not be returning home. It should have been clear to our government, Mr. President. So why weren't they evacuated out of the city immediately? We learned seven years ago, when Hurricane Georges threatened, that the Dome isn't suitable as a long-term shelter. So what did state and national officials think would happen to tens of thousands of people trapped inside with no air conditioning, overflowing toilets and dwindling amounts of food, water and other essentials?

"State Rep. Karen Carter was right Friday when she said the city didn't have but two urgent needs: "Buses! And gas!" Every official at the Federal Emergency Management Agency should be fired, Director Michael Brown especially.

"In a nationally televised interview Thursday night, he said his agency hadn't known until that day that thousands of storm victims were stranded at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. He gave another nationally televised interview the next morning and said, 'We've provided food to the people at the Convention Center so that they've gotten at least one, if not two meals, every single day.'

"Lies don't get more bald-faced than that, Mr. President.

"Yet, when you met with Mr. Brown Friday morning, you told him, "You're doing a heck of a job."

"That's unbelievable."

Among the voices now calling for a major Congressional investigation into these continuing lies, is that of Jefferson Parish President, Aaron Broussard:

"We have been abandoned by our own country. Hurricane Katrina will go down in history as one of the worst storms ever to hit an American coast, but the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina will go down as one of the worst abandonments of Americans on American soil ever in U.S. history. I am personally asking our bipartisan congressional delegation here in Louisiana to immediately begin congressional hearings to find out just what happened here. Why did it happen? Who needs to be fired? And believe me, they need to be fired right away, because we still have weeks to go in this tragedy. We have months to go. We have years to go. And whoever is at the top of this totem pole, that totem pole needs to be chain-sawed off and we've got to start with some new leadership.

"It's not just Katrina that caused all these deaths in New Orleans here. Bureaucracy has committed murder here in the greater New Orleans area, and bureaucracy has to stand trial before Congress now. It's so obvious. FEMA needs more congressional funding. It needs more presidential support. It needs to be a Cabinet-level director. It needs to be an independent agency that will be able to fulfill its mission to work in partnership with state and local governments around America. FEMA needs to be empowered to do the things it was created to do. It needs to come somewhere, like New Orleans, with all of its force immediately, without red tape, without bureaucracy, act immediately with common sense and leadership, and save lives. Forget about the property. We can rebuild the property. It's got to be able to come in and save lives.

"We need strong leadership at the top of America right now in order to accomplish this and to-- reconstructing FEMA ...."

Broussard then revealed unbelievable, clearly treasonous acts -- committed against his administration's valient efforts to save Katrina victims in Jefferson Parish, and to provide them with crucial relief in those first few desperate hours:

"... We had Wal-Mart deliver three trucks of water ... trailer trucks of water. FEMA turned them back. They said we didn't need them. This was a week ago .....

"FEMA--we had 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel on a Coast Guard vessel docked in my
Parish. The Coast Guard said, "Come get the fuel right away." When we got there with our trucks, they got a word. "FEMA says don't give you the fuel." Yesterday--yesterday!--FEMA comes in and cuts all of our emergency communication lines! They cut them without notice.

"Our sheriff, Harry Lee, goes back in, he reconnects the line. He posts armed guards on our line and says, "No one is getting near these lines." Sheriff Harry Lee said that if America--[the] American government would have responded like Wal-Mart has responded, we wouldn't be in this crisis [emphasis added] ...."

Another of the astonishing, bold-faced lies which deserves to be investigated by a full Congressional panel -- in this expanding National catastrophe -- is the continuing myth "we can't control the weather." That Katrina "was just an act of God ...."

One of our most pointed issues -- asked even before Katrina hit the Gulf Coast, precisely a week ago, last Sunday night/Monday morning -- was this essential question:

"Was Katrina another 'Hyperdimensional Hurricane!?'"

Sources have confirmed to The Enterprise Mission all this past week that Katrina was, indeed, both "maneuvered and enhanced" ... by one secret group deliberately intending to cause the devastating National catastrophe we have been witnessing on all our TV screens for the past horrifying week!!

While another group worked feverishly (after much delay ... and "at the last minute") to divert it.

This, we were told, was the reason for the last-minute "jog" to the east ... which spared New Orleans the brunt of the storm, but subjected other sections of the Gulf Coast -- in Mississippi and in Alabama -- to total destruction ... for tens of miles inland rom the Coast!

But -- our critics continue to demand -- where's the hard evidence supporting this obviously "ridiculous" claim that this storm was "manufactured" ...?

Well, during one of my all-too-many "Katrina Updates" on "Coast to Coast" last week, Dr. Robin Falkov was sent the literal "smoking gun" of our entire "we are under attack in an undeclared 'weather war'" scenario! (With due acknowledgement, this astonishing, official confirmation of our "developing weather war hypothesis" was also brought to our attention by many of the loyal "crew members" reading and commenting here ... in last week's "Captain's Blog.")

The amazing, documented evidence is actually a formal Bill -- quietly introduced into the House and Senate of the United States Congress, this past Spring -- calling for the establishment of a "Weather Modification Operations and Research Board" by October 1, 2005 ... in just a few short weeks!!

HUH??!!

Introduced by Senator Kay Hutchison (R-TX), on March 3, 2005 (more "33's" anyone ...?) -- Senate Bill 517 is formally termed:

"Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Authorization Act of 2005."

Here are only a few of its deceptively simple, but in reality quite extraordinary provisions ....

SEC. 2. PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this Act to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather modification research and development ....

SEC. 7. COOPERATION WITH THE WEATHER MODIFICATION OPERATIONS AND RESEARCH BOARD.

The heads of the departments and agencies of the United States and the heads of any other public or private agencies and institutions that receive research funds from the United States shall, to the extent possible, give full support and cooperation to the Board and to initiate independent research and development programs that address weather modifications.

SEC. 8. FUNDING.

(a) IN GENERAL- There is established within the Treasury of the United States the Weather Modification Research and Development Fund, which shall consist of amounts appropriated pursuant to subsection (b) or received by the Board under subsection (c).

(b) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS- There is authorized to be appropriated to the Board for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Act $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2014. Any sums appropriated under this subsection shall remain available, without fiscal year limitation, until expended.

(c) GIFTS- The Board may accept, use, and dispose of gifts or donations of services or property.

SEC. 9. EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Act shall take effect on October 1, 2005 [emphasis added].

In a future "Captain's Blog," we shall analyze the precise language of this Act -- which reveals the amazing political and technological latitude now to be given to the U.S. Government ... to wage a literal "weather war" by formal Act of Congress.

Which -- as you visit Louisiana yet again today, Mr. President -- raises the unavoidable question now:

"With whom are we at 'war' ... that we must bring this highly secret technology to legal status now ...?"

"And -- if we are 'at war' -- why is it still 'secret!' ... after the obvious and devastating blow struck by Hurricane Katrina ... which you yourself likened to "the worst kind of weapon you can imagine ...?"

"As still free Americans, we deserve some answers, Mr. President -- and now."

"Hyperdimensional" Katrina ...?

OK, it's happening again.

Last year, a series of four extraordinary storms ravaged the State of Florida in rapid succession, causing both devestating human and economic impacts. Several aspects of these storms caught our attention -- ranging from the "impossible" tracks each storm followed into Florida (examples below)--


To the equally astonishing geometry visible in the centers of some storms ... the incredibly "structured eyes" themselves.

Now, we're facing another monster "superstorm" -- Hurricane Katrina -- which makes those that swept Florida last year pale by comparison. The primary reason, of course, is that the city directly in the path of the projected 28-foot storm surge (!) -- and hurricane force winds of at least 155 miles per hour -- this time ... is a City least able to protect itself: New Orleans.

Lying in a natural basin below sea level -- in some places as much as 10 feet -- and protected only by its artificial levee system, New Orleans is arguably the worst place for a hurricane to hit on the entire planet ... certainly on the Continent of North America. For, added to the expected Catagory 4 storm surge of almost 30 feet, one must add the number of feet New Orleans lies below sea level. The total could produce a flood as much as 50 feet deep -- literally drowning most of the City of New Orleans ....

But, beyond the potentially tragic loss of life and property in New orleans itself, this storm carries an even larger threat: as this storm crossed Florida a few days ago, brushing just south of Miami at a Catagory 1 before heading out into the Gulf of Mexico, some observers wondered aloud about the potential economic impact of the storm on the entire United States ...

With gasoline already approaching $3.00 per gallon in some parts of the Country, and most of the National refinary capacity strung out along the Gulf Coast, it doesn't take an expert to realize that a direct hit by a major hurricane on those fragile refinaries ... if not the destruction of even a few of the hundreds of oil rigs in the Gulf itself ... could shoot gas prices to unprecedented levels at the pump.

But, as serious as these prospects are, there could be even more severe consequences for a direct hit by a major hurricane on the facilities lying at the mouth of the Mississippi River: the literal closing of the waterway -- for an indeterminate period of time -- to the entire Mid-West!

And the catastrophic economic reprocussions for the entire Nation if that most dire scenario should actually happen ....

These "geopolitics of Katrina" were discussed at some length in a recent analysis posted on the well-known on-line economic and political website: Stratfor Inc.

"A Category 5 hurricane [at this writing], the most severe type measured, Katrina has been reported heading directly toward the city of New Orleans. This would be a human catastrophe, since New Orleans sits in a bowl below sea level. However, Katrina is not only moving on New Orleans. It also is moving on the Port of Southern Louisiana. Were it to strike directly and furiously, Katrina would not only take a massive human toll, but also an enormous geopolitical one.

"The Port of Southern Louisiana is the fifth-largest port in the world in terms of tonnage, and the largest port in the United States. The only global ports larger are Singapore, Rotterdam, Shanghai and Hong Kong. It is bigger than Houston, Chiba and Nagoya, Antwerp and New York/New Jersey. It is a key link in U.S. imports and exports and critical to the global economy.

"The Port of Southern Louisiana stretches up and down the Mississippi River for about 50 miles, running north and south of New Orleans from St. James to St. Charles Parish. It is the key port for the export of grains to the rest of the world --
corn, soybeans, wheat and animal feed. Midwestern farmers and global consumers depend on those exports. The United States imports crude oil, petrochemicals, steel, fertilizers and ores through the port. Fifteen percent of all U.S. exports by value go through the port. Nearly half of the exports go to Europe.

"The Port of Southern Louisiana is a river port. It depends on the navigability of the Mississippi River. The Mississippi is notorious for changing its course, and in southern Louisiana -- indeed along much of its length -- levees both protect the land from its water and maintain its course and navigability. Dredging and other maintenance are constant and necessary to maintain its navigability. It is fragile.

"If New Orleans is hit, the Port of Southern Louisiana, by definition, also will be hit. No one can predict the precise course of the storm or its consequences. However, if we speculate on worse-case scenarios the following consequences jump out:

"The port might become in whole or part unusable if levees burst. If the damage to the river and port facilities could not be repaired within 30 days when the U.S. harvests are at their peak, the effect on global agricultural prices could be substantial.

"There is a large refinery at Belle Chasse. It is the only refinery that is seriously threatened by the storm, but if it were to be inundated, 250,000 barrels per day would go off line. Moreover, the threat of environmental danger would be substantial.

"About 2 percent of world crude production and roughly 25 percent of U.S.-produced crude comes from the Gulf of Mexico and already is affected by Katrina. Platforms in the path of Katrina have been evacuated but others continue pumping. If this follows normal patterns, most production will be back on line within hours or days. However, if a Category 5 hurricane (of which there have only been three others in history) has a different effect, the damage could be longer lasting. Depending on the effect on the Port of Southern Louisiana, the ability to ship could be affected.

"A narrow, two-lane highway that handles approximately 10,000 vehicles a day, is used for transport of cargo and petroleum products and provides port access for thousands of employees is threatened with closure. A closure of as long as two weeks could rapidly push gasoline prices higher.

"At a time when oil prices are in the mid-60-dollar range and starting to hurt, the hurricane has an obvious effect. However, it must be borne in mind that the Mississippi remains a key American shipping route, particularly for the export and import of a variety of primary commodities from grain to oil, as well as steel and rubber. Andrew Jackson fought hard to keep the British from taking New Orleans because he knew it was the main artery for U.S. trade with the world. He was right and its role has not changed since then [emphasis added]...."

Now, here comes the "woo woo" part:

Visitors to Enterprise who have read and understood our analysis of last year's "anomalous" run of hurricanes on Florida, have sent us in the last few days a series of images of the eye-structure of this hurricane: and, indeed, they match the extraordinary "pentagonal HD geometry" we observed in our analysis.

It was our considered opinion last year that this specific "eye geometry" was indeed the potential signature of a unique "Hyperdimensional Physics" at work within such hurricanes: a physics that we have extensively discussed here at Enterprise for many years ....

And here (below -- courtesy of one of our "crew members") is a negative version of the same image -- which allows one to see even better the striking five-sided, raised geometry ... somehow being created in Katrina's "eye."

The crucial question now now before us is just this:

Is Katrina "just another major hurricane" -- which "bad luck" has aimed straight at the most vulnerable city in the United States, New Orleans and, with it, the central economic artery of the entire mid-section of the Nation?

Or ... has Katrina -- carrying its tell-tale pentagonal "Hyperdimensional signature" (above), like the "test hurricanes" (in this model) of last year -- actually been hyperdimensionally enhanced (!) ... and aimed ... to do the most economic damage possible to the entire southern tier of the United States!

In other words: is this a blatant example of Tom Bearden's worst fears of a few days ago materialized (below) -- actual "Hyperdimensional Terrorism" ... hitting our Nation and economy at this most crucial time ... when oil (as of this morning) has now reached $70 per barrel ... and still climbing ..?!

"...This hurricane already made a right angle turn West to move across the tip of Florida, and into the Gulf, where the warm Gulf waters will increase its intensity and the damage it does. Some 40% or so of U.S. oil comes from that Gulf, hence the strategic importance of the targeting. The most lucrative damage path would be through the oil rigs and platforms, and then hit shore centered on New Orleans. We'll just have to see if that is the path generated ...

"So SecDef Cohen's warning was right on, and now we are into it. The hostile plan also calls for gradually increasing the intensity of the damage done to the United States by each incident, since Americans do not react to slowly increasing threats (that is one of our grave strategic vulnerabilities, as shown by a standard Strategic Analysis routinely done by military folks). So our geologists and scientists just blithely state that 'we have entered a geologically active period', and everybody thinks these incidents are just flukes of nature. That way, our national reaction characteristics are used to our own grave disadvantage ...

"As you can see, the major intent of our foes is to bring about a catastrophic economic collapse of the entire U.S. economy, something like two years from now, so there will result great chaos and disorder in all our cities, paralyzing out entire society. And all by adroitly engineered 'acts of nature', with never a nuclear weapon fired ...."

One professional meteorologist, Scott Stevens -- at KPVI-TV in eastern Idaho -- has independently reached the same scientific conclusion that we have ... that "someone" is indeed "managing" our weather!

His website, weatherwars.info, is packed with imaging and other technical information backing up his startling conclusions.

As I bluntly asked one of our own long-time Enterprise "intel insiders," late last night:

"Are we, in fact -- as Bearden strongly now suggests -- immersed in an undeclared hyperdimensional weather war ...!?

"And, if so--

"Is our elected political and appointed military leadership even aware of this physics and technology!?

"And, if they are -- what, if anything -- are they doing to counter this most insidious of threats to our long-term national stability and economic livelihood?

"Or, is this a direct result of the last half-century of increasingly obsessive and expanding secrecy ... under the constant guise of 'national security' -- which has produced 'black ops,' and even entire nations, equipped with weapons and technology which would seem like literal 'magic' to any duly elected current Congressman ... or President.

"And, if so ... most important--

"Who's the enemy ..!?"

"And--

"Are they outside ... or inside ... the United States?!"

His answer was not reassuring ....

Deep Impact ... Deeper Confusion

OK, courtesy of Linda Moulton Howe's latest inteview, we've finally had our first peek at some REAL data from Deep Impact (or, we're supposed to think we have) ....

What do we now know?

Well, for one thing, we know that major efforts at continued "misdirection" on the whole Deep Impact issue still abound; from what Linda was told just a few days ago by Dr. Carey Lisse, member of the Deep Impact Science Team, she now reports that--

"... the Deep Impact mothership was not pointing exactly the right way to get the best spectral results when the impactor slammed into Tempel I [emphasis added]."

Now, that's original ....

For, according to Keyur Patel, JPL Deep Impact Deputy Project Manager, speaking before the world's press in a packed JPL auditorium just minutes after the climax of the Project in the wee hours of July 4th:

"... The Impactor went and hit the Comet [Tempel 1] in a specific spot. The Fly-By's job was to image that spot. And, between the two of them ... the coordination ... we had the spot nailed ... to less than fifty meters off!

"So, the Fly-By [spacecraft] imaged the spot within fifty meters of where the Impactor hit ... that's just amazing [emphasis added] ...."

To understand the full implications of this description, and why it totally contradicts what Linda's now been told, a) you have to know that all the science instruments aboard the Fly-By spacecraft -- including the critical spectrometer -- were boresighted (aimed) at that same ~50-meter spot Patel described. And, b) that "fifty meters" is about half the width of a football field ... in this case, as seen from across almost twice the width of the United States (from ~5000 miles away)!

So, Patel's official remarks that night -- regarding Deep Impact's superb aiming accuracy -- were, if anything, a major understatement!

In addition, immediately following Patel's glowing assessment of his JPL Deep Impact Team's technical performance, Principal Investigator of the Science Team, Dr. Michael A'Hearn (far right - below), added his own enthusiastic statements. Said A'Hearn:

"... the Impactor was perfect. The Fly-By instruments also worked beautifully: we got tremendous spectra ... new spectral features ... really strong spectral features ... great thermal spectra [emphasis added] ...."

However, now ... just six weeks later ... after directly contradicting both the Deputy Project Manager and his own Team Leader -- by claiming the Fly-By spacecraft at Impact "was not pointing exactly the right way ..." -- Linda then reports Dr. Lisse as telling her:

"... But back toward Earth, the largest infrared telescope ever launched into space was watching the Deep Impactor collide with the comet. The Spitzer Space Telescope was monitoring in a 5 to 40 micron wavelength range, which was more sensitive than Deep Impact's 1 to 5 micron wavelength range. Deep Impact was so close, it could only see a part of the comet's coma, which is the fuzzy haze of glowing dust that surrounds the comet's hard nucleus. Spitzer could see the whole coma, the hot gases and the ejecta rushing out from the explosion for hours and days afterward [emphasis added] ...."

Lisse's exact words were:

"Of all the data I've seen [on the Deep Impact event], Spitzer is one of the most gorgeous data sets. I think we've got the first good handle on excavating a comet and finding the dinosaur bones of the solar system's formation ...."

OK, let's use a little common sense.

Here we have two spacecraft -- each armed with a "telescope" and a "spectrometer." One telescope (the one called "Spitzer") is about three times wider (~10 times larger in area) than the other, the smaller telescope located on the Deep Impact Fly-By spacecraft.

But, Deep Impact was located only 5000 miles from the location of the Comet at Impact. The larger Spitzer instrument, though about ten times more sensitive (because its mirror has about ten times the area of Deep Impact's), was located MUCH farther away from the point of Impact: in fact, in a large Earth orbit ... about 83 MILLION miles away!

It doesn't take a professional astronomer or optics expert to instantly know that the closer instrument to Tempel 1 -- the one on Deep Impact -- would have been VASTLY more sensitive than the other telescope (Spitzer), located millions of miles away. The actual difference in sensitivity (if anyone wants to work through all the numbers -- factoring in the respective spacecraft distances ... the relative size of the two telescopes on-board, etc., etc.), is that Deep Impact's spectrometer that night was about 30 MILLION times more sensitive than Spitzer's equivalent instruments orbiting the very distant Earth!

"Thirty million times" is a HUGE advantage in this game ... in terms of both the ability to see faint spectral features (sensitivity to low percentages of key materials, anyone ...?), and to record short time-scale events. Like ... what really came gushing out of Tempel 1 in those first few critical seconds after Impact!

So, the flat assertion in Linda's story, that--

"... the Spitzer Space Telescope was monitoring in a 5 to 40 micron wavelength range, which was more sensitive [to the effects of the Impact] than Deep Impact's 1 to 5 micron wavelength range ...."

Is bunk!!

The immediate result of this deft misdirection by Dr. Lisse is evident in his "major scientific conclusions" from the Deep Impact Experiment itself. That--

"The very first data showed hot water. At least 50% of Comet Tempel I is water ice [emphasis added] ...."

Oh ... really?

By deliberately ignoring Deep Impact's close-in data ("the spectrometer was pointed in the wrong direction ..."), and focusing instead on the millions-of-miles-distant Spitzer observations ... what Lisse was doing was averaging the effect of Deep Impact's violent collision -- and the resulting materials which immediately gushed out -- with the literally weeks of preceding "outgassing" of volatiles from Tempel 1, and their enormous expansion into the surrounding cloud ("coma") around the tiny ~5-mile nucleus ... a volume of literally millions of cubic miles.

The result was a dramatic, artificial skewing of the spectroscopic water data from the Spitzer instrument ... by averaging all the previous water which had accumulated in that extended "coma" (cloud) ... which would have inevitably made it look like far more water initially erupted from Tempel 1 on Impact -- that "50%" that Linda quoted -- than actually occurred!

What the Deep Impact Team said they wanted to observe before we got there -- the overriding reason they sent a $333 million-dollar Fly-By spacecraft to observe this Event close-up -- was to see (and record) the localized eruption of the pristine, interior materials from the Direct Impact site!

What Lisse was now reporting was a travesty on those original scientific intentions -- a deliberate averaging of the water in the entire cometary coma ... as seen from a spacecraft 83 million miles distant ... at the critical moment.

Corroboration of this apparent effort to "inflate the amount of water" coming out of Tempel 1 at Impact comes from an impeccable scientific source: data from the independent "SWAS satellite" (below) -- reported here (and elsewhere) almost immediately after Impact.

SWAS, you may remember, was another spacecraft (operated by another NASA scientific team, from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics) that was also observing Tempel 1 from Earth orbit -- analyzing the "submillimeter" radio emissions from the water released on Impact. Like Spitzer, because it was so far away, the SWAS submillimeter wave antenna was "seeing" the entire comet's coma -- that vast cloud of gas and dust (including water vapor) which had been slowly outgassing from Tempel 1 in the weeks before Deep Impact arrived ....

But, in direct contradiction to Lisse's Spitzer report -- this is what the Harvard-Smithsonian SWAS Team published on July 8th; what they "saw" at Impact:

"It's pretty clear that this event did not produce a gusher," said SWAS principal investigator Gary Melnick of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (CfA). "The more optimistic predictions for water output from the impact haven't materialized, at least not yet [emphasis added]."

The SWAS team measured about 730 pounds of water per second being released from Tempel 1 before Impact. And, about 550 pounds per second after ... indicating that the collision actually slowed the water release rate!

Remember, these observations were also averaging the previous material with "the new stuff": the water vaporized directly by the Impact ... together with the H2O previously present in the coma. If that latter number went down -- which it did, as SWAS observed the Comet -- it could only mean one thing:

That -- in striking contrast to what Linda was told by Lisse -- the material exploding out of Tempel 1 after it was struck, was essentially ... BONE DRY!!

Only that type of event could explain the SWAS team's unequivocal evidence of a reduction in average water in the coma -- both in absolute terms, and as a percentage of total material ... after the Impactor hit the Comet!

Not exactly a "stunning confirmation" of Lisse's (obviously) biased reporting of the Spitzer water observations of Tempel 1 ....

Now, if we only had access to the Deep Impact Fly-By spacecraft data of the plume itself ... ALL these (apparent?) contradictions could be easily resolved ... Oops, I forgot: according to Dr. Lisse, Deep Impact was pointing the wrong way at that critical moment!

How ... "unfortunate."

Despite this last-minute, obviously attempted "save" of the "dirty snowball model," what Lisse told Linda next is REALLY fascinating: because ... it supports the exact opposite of that "standard" NASA cometary model ....

Dr. Lisse:

"... we've concluded so far that we see every major rock-forming element that makes up the Earth in this Comet Tempel I [emphasis added]."

Well ... not every element ....

"Except for iron ... the iron is hiding.

"We're trying to figure that out: is it just not easy to see in the infrared? Or, is the iron hiding in an iron oxide or iron sulfide, pyrite or rust [emphasis added]?"

Of course, this is where the Deep Impact Fly-By spectra would be MOST useful.

In those first few seconds, as the plume of super-heated hot gases and plasma rushed out of the hole created in Tempel 1 by the 6.3 mile-per-second Impact, even iron bound up in some oxide should have been split into raw elements -- the iron revealing itself through primary iron emission lines ... as the material erupting would have been (for those first few seconds) ... hotter than the surface of the Sun!

And, of course, if the iron was hiding as "iron oxides" (as Lisse rather desperately suggested ...) -- these are seen all the time (as solid minerals) in on-going IR observations of the planets: the current Mars Odyssey, Mars Express and Mars Rover spectral observations are seeing (and identifying) all sorts of iron compounds in the Martian rocks and dust these days ....

So, the fact that Dr. Lisse can't seem to find ANY iron in his "... 5 to 40 micron wavelength" Spitzer spectra of Comet Tempel 1, even after such a violent, high-temperature impact, must be trying very hard to tell us "something" .... [Or ... is it Dr. Lisse who's trying to do "the telling" -- between (sorry ...) his missing "spectral lines?"]

Bottom line: this striking "lack of iron" in Tempel 1 is impossible ... if the "standard" comet model is correct! Which, of course, is why Dr. Lisse was so obviously concerned ....

In the classic processes envisioned for the formation of the solar system (above), iron is thought to have been amply represented (and mixed into the so-called "solar nebula") -- along with all the other elemental and chemical constituents which eventually went on to form the planets, via a process called "accretion."

This iron is thought to have formed originally via "nucleosynthesis" in massive stars, and then to have spread across the interstellar night via their eventual catastrophic explosions -- as brilliant "supernovae." In this standard "element synthesis model," it is these massive exploding stars which ultimately "seed" interstellar clouds of collapsing gas and dust ("accreting solar systems" ...) with all the elements heavier than hydrogen and helium needed to make planets ....

Including iron.

If comets in general -- and Tempel 1 in particular -- are truly representative of the "pristine, materials" which in a distant time collapsed to form our solar system's worlds ... then iron should be readily apparent in the cloud of material which erupted from Deep Impact.

If it is NOT ....

Then, just perhaps, comets -- and certainly Tempel 1 -- are NOT "pristine remnants of that ancient forming solar system" after all ....

And ... wouldn't THAT be interesting?

The one known process which could deplete Tempel 1 of essentially ALL its iron, of course, would be if it is, actually, a surviving fragment of highly differentiated, former planetary crust ....

Which was blown into deep space with the catastrophic explosion of Planet V -- EXACTLY as Tom Van Flandern (from his celestial mechanics calculations) and I (from the "Mars Tidal Model") have been saying for some time!!

In this scenario, billions of years ago the "missing iron" in Tempel 1 -- except for trace amounts -- sank to the center of its parent planet during its formation, to form a "nickel-iron core." When Planet V exploded billions of years later, these "highly-differentiated outer fragments" (severely depleted in primordial iron) were ejected first ... so we are far more likely to see still remaining fragments of this ancient planetary crust ... as opposed to any remnants of the former planet's iron core (which would have vaporized anyway, as the internal pressures were suddenly released) ....

From the data that Lisse has provided us, Tempel 1 is increasingly looking like one of those ... a surviving crustal fragment of this exploded planet!

This also easily now explains Lisse's other provocative statement:

" ... we see every major rock-forming element that makes up the Earth in this Comet Tempel I [emphasis added]."

Of course he does ... because, based on this evidence, Comet Tempel 1 was once a part of the highly-differentiated surface of a planet just like Earth ... called "Planet V!"

But, the coup de grâce for the "primordial" Tempel 1 comet model came with Lisse's most astonishing revelation to Ms. Howe.

That:

"... and we have also found evidence for carbonate in Deep Impact ....

"Carbonate is interesting in that it's like calcium carbonate, limestone, that you find on the Earth. We do not think there is any indication for life, before I go down that road, or [that] there is any intimation of that. Carbonates are interesting in that hints of them were seen once in Comet Halley. They are controversial because folks will be surprised to see them. Usually you need a liquid water environment to form them. You have carbon dioxide. You have water. And you have silicates, then you can form carbonate.

"What's confusing is that comets, as far as we know, were formed at about 30 to 40 degrees Kelvin above absolute zero. Very cold! Think 'ice ball' -- and very little chemistry can happen to them.

"On the other hand, you have 5 billion years to make stuff ....

"So even if you are making things extremely slowly ... it's possible you can make carbonates in a solid state.

"Now, it's also possible that our chemistry folks will tell us, that what you did was form the carbonates in the primordial cloud that condensed into the solar system. That you did your [wet] chemistry before you condensed your comet at 30 to 40 degrees Kelvin. So this might be another clue as to the recipe to how things came together [emphasis added] ...."

Remember that little scientific cliche called Occam's Razor -- "the simplest explanation for a given phonomenon is usually the one that turns out to be correct" ...? This is the time to bring it back -- with a vengence.

The simplest explanation for the discovery of calcium carbonate in Tempel 1 is
